Cuxach-2 is a rustic villa with four bedrooms: 2 double rooms and 2 double (one private on first floor). It has a bathroom (hair dryer) and a bathroom with shower (outside the house). Large living room with TV, DVD, stereo and WIFI. Kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, gas oven, coffee maker, toaster). The house has air conditioning cold and heat pump in all rooms, safe and fire extinguishers. It has a sunny terrace in the first floor from which you can enjoy views of the mountains. Another covered terrace on the ground floor with a table for 12 people to enjoy outdoor dining. Private pool with comfortable stairs to enter and large bench to enjoy in a sunny area with mountain views. Perfect for older people and children. Cot and high chair available on request. Pets are allowed. There is bus stop 500 meters from the house.

Beautiful outside space with large pool

We've just come back from a week at the villa in August. We spent all of our time outside relaxing by the pool, playing in it or playing table tennis. This villa's location is particularly good. It is quiet but really close to amenities. Had it not been 40 mins from the airport you could easily manage without a car. I was concerned that there was only two bedrooms with air conditioning but the third bedroom is easily kept cool by the unit in the lounge but I don't know about the fourth bedroom because we didn't use it but it also leads off the lounge.

We've stayed in many villas over the years but the outdoor space in this one beats them all. We rebooked for next year on the third day of our holiday.

Great villa with a fab pool and beautiful gardens! A very relaxing holiday!

I have just returned from 2 weeks at this villa with my family - July/August 2017. From the beginning the owners were super helpful and responsive to questions - they helped one of our party arrange a birthday cake and have it delivered, and they arranged for some fruit, bread and water to be in the villa upon our arrival.

The villa is situated between Pollensa town and the Port de Pollensa - close to the supermarkets and walking distance from a lovely restaurant, the location is great. I would recommend a car for large parties, to stock up on items from the supermarket and for day trips, however taxis are not expensive.

Pollensa town is about 20 minutes walk from the villa - lots of nice restaurants & shops. Port de Pollensa is a 10 minute car ride, but there are some great restaurants there too.

It's a good location to explore a bit of Mallorca or equally to relax in the lovely surroundings for a quieter vacation.

The villa is clean and spacious, the pool was great (including lights for evening swims!) and the property is set in a beautiful garden which the owners take pride in - we managed to pick fresh limes and figs from the trees.

I would recommend the villa for a family holiday and would certainly return there myself.

A lovely house tucked away from hustle and bustle but close enough to all amenities and beaches

7 of us stayed here at the end of May 2017 and had a lovely time. With 3 bedrooms in the main house and one up on the roof terrace we weren't cramped for space. Large covered patio with large table was heavily occupied most of the week as was the gazebo covering an alternative table and chairs. We liked the pool - just warm enough this early on - and it had a nice shelf to sit on and proper steps down into the water which young and old appreciated.

The owners could not have been more helpful - meeting us at the supermarket car park at 9.45pm - and they put some food and drink in the house for our arrival. They responded quickly to our calls both before and during our stay and we really couldn't have wished for more.

The location is great - 5 min walk from the supermarkets and less than 10 mins to Port de Pollensa by car. A taxi into town at night was €10. The town of Pollensa is a 10 min walk away.

We would definitely stay again.

Exactly what you need

The place is lovely and very spacious. The garden is amazing! We could pick delicious fruit, such as grapes, apples and granate. We were also welcomed with the fresh eggs. The house has literally everything you need on your stay - kitchen very well equipped, including some basic food items, such as tea, coffee and spices that come in handy if you want to cook something. Towels are changed during the week. There are two supermarkets a short walk away.

The owners are lovely and really want to ensure your stay is perfect.

Superb second visit ... we love this villa.

This was a second stay for us at this property. First time round we were a party of 4 (July 2014) and this time 6. The owners Miquel & Mari are so very helpful - they always present a beautifully kept villa and gardens as well as a very warm welcome. This is a perfect location for us with easy walking distance to Pollenca town and a little longer to Porto Pollenca. Lidl & Eroski are within 10mins walk which is so helpful for self catering when you don't have transport. We would recommend this 100% and hope to return again in the near future.

Fantastic Villa in a Stunning Location

Arrived late due to flight delays, The Owners Miguel and Mari where kind enough to be waiting for us at the agreed meeting point even though we had agreed to contact them by phone to meet. A warm welcome, and on seeing the villa we where all very impressed. Well laid out villa, bedrooms, living room, kitchen had all the facilities required Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher and all the utensils, pans, plates and utensils where available. One Bathroom indoors and one to the rear of the property both immaculate. Fantastic dining Area and Barbecue outside with plenty of room and Barbecue Facilities. Pool area had an additional shower too wash of and another table and chairs. Pool was fantastic and out Party took full full advantage of the pool in between our visits to Pollenca old town calla san vincent and Port de Pollenca. Two nearby supermarkets. Great place to relax or explore the region.
