Villa cuxach2 in Pollença, Mallorca, Balearic Islands - Quiet Location, 10 Minutes From The Beach.

Cuxach-2 is a rustic villa with four bedrooms: 2 double rooms and 2 double (one on first floor). It has a bathroom (hair dryer) and a bathroom with shower (outside the house). Large living room with TV, DVD, stereo and WIFI. American kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, gas oven, coffee maker, toaster). The house has air conditioning cold and heat pump in all rooms, safe and fire extinguishers. It has a sunny terrace in the first floor from which you can enjoy views of the mountains. Another covered terrace on the ground floor with a table for 12 people to enjoy outdoor dining. Private pool (with metal ladder) in a sunny area with mountain views. Cot and high chair available on request. Pets are allowed. There is bus stop 500 meters from the house.

Exactly what you need

The place is lovely and very spacious. The garden is amazing! We could pick delicious fruit, such as grapes, apples and granate. We were also welcomed with the fresh eggs. The house has literally everything you need on your stay - kitchen very well equipped, including some basic food items, such as tea, coffee and spices that come in handy if you want to cook something. Towels are changed during the week. There are two supermarkets a short walk away.

The owners are lovely and really want to ensure your stay is perfect.

Superb second visit ... we love this villa.

This was a second stay for us at this property. First time round we were a party of 4 (July 2014) and this time 6. The owners Miquel & Mari are so very helpful - they always present a beautifully kept villa and gardens as well as a very warm welcome. This is a perfect location for us with easy walking distance to Pollenca town and a little longer to Porto Pollenca. Lidl & Eroski are within 10mins walk which is so helpful for self catering when you don't have transport. We would recommend this 100% and hope to return again in the near future.

Fantastic Villa in a Stunning Location

Arrived late due to flight delays, The Owners Miguel and Mari where kind enough to be waiting for us at the agreed meeting point even though we had agreed to contact them by phone to meet. A warm welcome, and on seeing the villa we where all very impressed. Well laid out villa, bedrooms, living room, kitchen had all the facilities required Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher and all the utensils, pans, plates and utensils where available. One Bathroom indoors and one to the rear of the property both immaculate. Fantastic dining Area and Barbecue outside with plenty of room and Barbecue Facilities. Pool area had an additional shower too wash of and another table and chairs. Pool was fantastic and out Party took full full advantage of the pool in between our visits to Pollenca old town calla san vincent and Port de Pollenca. Two nearby supermarkets. Great place to relax or explore the region.

Villa

We rented this lovely rustic villa for 10 days from 13th -23rd Oct 2014.

We were met by the lovely owner Mari who escorted us to the villa. The villa sits down a lovely quiet road and is very peaceful. We enjoyed the villa with it's lovely clean pool and also collecting fresh eggs daily from the chickens that frequented the garden. On our arrival we were very happy with the food and drinks left by Mari, including fresh fruit, bread, milk, wine and chocolate! The beaches were amazing and being the end of season were also nice and quiet. We would have no hesitation in telling friends and family to visit not only the island but the villa. All in all a fab holiday with amazing weather and wonderful surroundings and to top it off lovely owners of the villa, Mari and Miquel, thank you very much for your kindness and thoughtfulness . Great for a larger group!

We enjoyed a lovely relaxing holiday in Cuchaxx II this summer. There was plenty of room for 8 of us with enough seating around the pool for all of us and a fantastic big table for the long family meals! We had older children coming and going during our holiday and the upstairs, slightly separated room was ideal for them.

Miquel and Mari provided us with all the essentials in the fridge for when we arrived late at night. Finding the property the first time, particularly in the dark is a little tricky, but Miquel and Mari came and found us and lead us there directly. In daylight the entrance is much easier to find!

We could walk into Pollenca for festival activities and Port de Pollenca beach was a short drive away (the best beach we went to during our stay). Supermarkets are at the bottom of the road.

No review is complete without mentioning the cats and fresh eggs from the chickens! And I got to spot a Hoopoe too!

We had a wonderful holiday in Cuchaxx II

Wir waren im September 2014 für 8 Tage zu zweit in der Villa Cuxach-2.

Die Vermieter Miguel und Mari sind sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kamen sehr spät in der Nacht an, Mari hat uns trotzdem sehr freundlich empfangen. Als Begrüssung fanden wir Wein, frisches Obst und alles für ein Frühstück vor. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist mit allem sehr ausgestattet. Beim Grillen haben wir den Blick in den schönen Garten und in die Landschaft genossen. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen wundervollen Ausblick in alle Richtungen. Wir fanden es toll die krähenden Hähne ( das Wahrzeichen von Pollenca) in der Nachbarschaft zu hören. Die beiden Katzen sind sehr liebevoll. Alles war absolut perfekt! Wir können dieses Haus weiterempfehlen und kommen wieder.

Do not buy the property, the property belongs to my family for several generations. Very quiet, private road. The situation is ideal because it is close to the town and has about two supermarkets in the town and a bus stop a few hundred meters.
