The modern apartment is furnished and equipped to a high standard. Guests are ensured a comfortable stay at the apartment which offers plenty of space and the freedom of self catering facilities. The large child safe balcony overlooks the pool area and gardens. It is situated on the top floor offering long distance views to the ocean. There is an easy 10 minute walk to the quaint village of Mandria which offers a variety of restaurants and taverns providing delicious local cuisine. There are two outdoor swimming pools and a fully equipped Spa and fitness centre complete with Steam bath, Jacuzzi and wonderful range of spa treatments. Wi-FI is also available (charges apply) and the friendly staff on site are always available to arrange car hire and provide useful information to ensure a relaxing stay.

The beach is accessible from the apartment by a 8 minute walk on the road alongside the agricultural fields. There is a rough track along the shore line and access to the ocean is over pebbles. The two beach bars are open in summer and great place to watch the sun down.


Car hire is available from the modern International Paphos Airport which is 6kms (10 minutes) from Mandria. Paphos town is 9kms. Nicosia (Lefkosia) is approx 140kms. Limassol (Lemesos) is approx 65kms. Larnaka is approx 130kms. Car hire can be arranged from the resort at the Waterside Office who are available to ensure you have a pleasant stay.


Paphos is about 25 minutes drive from Mandria. The town is diverse as it offers beach facilities, shopping, restaurants and the World Heritage Site housing the well preserved Roman mosacis. There are other cultural interested within a short drive details can be given on request.

Just 700 meters from the beach, 10km to the centre of Paphos and only 3km away from 3 of the best golf courses that Cyprus has to offer, makes an ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday away from the hassle of busy town life. Set around beautiful landscaped gardens combining traditional design elements with modern and innovating architecture you are treated to a superb home from home experience. Mandria has a mini supermarket where you can get essentials but there is a much larger one on the main road outside the village which is a 5 minute drive. Mandria has 3 informal restaurants along with a fish and chip restaurant with take away and a cafe bar. There is a Co Op bank in the village should you require it. The nearest petrol station is just outside the village and has a pre pay facility which can be used out of hours.

Notes on accommodation: The spacious, light and airy apartment has a comfortable sitting area with two large sofas. Leading out to a large tiled patio area via patio doors. The outdoor area has two sun loungers a small seatee and chairs. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space and with plenty of storage available. The apartment is fully air conditioned with timers which can be used as a heater in the cooler months. Outside: There are 2 outdoor child friendly swimming pools. The Health Spa is situated underneath the main pool, the facilities include a full range of spa and aroma therapy treatments. There is a grass area with swings for children. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bedlinen and towels are included along with 4 beach towels. The apartment is cleaned once a week if you require a change of linen and towels mid stay this can be arranged at a nominal charge.

Booking Notes:
To book the apartment we require a 50% deposit to secure your dates. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival. We also require a breakage deposit of £100 with your balance which will of course be returned after the property has been checked following your departure and found to be in order.

Change over days are flexible but should our guests need to vacate the apartment at certain time we would inform you prior to your holiday.
