Completely refurbished to a very high standard, outstanding views of the sea and easy access to bus routes for Lowestoft or Great Yarmouth. Our Bungalow is situated on a quiet site between Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth and has stunning sea views. Offering a comfortable accommodation in the quiet and relaxing part of Suffolk. Waterside Park itself has also had an extensive refurbishment programme with an extremely friendly club house and restaurant at very reasonable prices. There is also an outside decking area where you can sit and have a meal or bar snack whilst keeping an eye on the kids in the nearby adventure playground. A real old fashioned seaside holiday with everything you could wish for. This why we have guests returning for the fourth and fifth time.

About Maggie Clifford

We were in Lowestoft for a long weekend.After seeing no 10 in the Estate agents window we went along just to have a look(no intention of buying) and we both fell for the sea views and the tranquil location. Three months later we were the proud owners of a rather run down bungalow. It has since been completely renovated.

When we bought the bungalow we had no intention of letting we kept it just for the family, but as they have got older we found we were not using no 10 as much as we should, so decided to let others enjoy it.This was four years ago and it is something we have never regretted doing.Many of our guests are coming back for the third & fourth time and we like to consider them as friends.

Why Maggie Clifford chose Suffolk

We fell in love with both Norfolk & Suffolk. Waterside is right on the borders of both.

There are some fantastic blue flag beaches nearby in Lowestoft and our particular favourite Gorleston.

If you wish to go further afield towards Horsey there is a remote beach with high sand dunes and hundreds of seals.

Nearby attractions include Bewilderwood,Africa live & Pleasurewood Hills.

What makes this bungalow unique

On site itself there is a heated swimming pool which is open all year. Also a very friendly bar with good food, small gym, onsite hairdressers and shop that stocks the basics. There is also a large Tesco's a very short drive away.

Outside waterside there is a bus that takes you straight into Lowestoft (approx 2 miles) or Great Yarmouth (approx 9 miles).

Very comfortable, fantastic view

all 6 of us enjoyed a week in the bungalow, its comfy and spacious, a home away from home, we woke to a beautiful sunrise and view.

The pool is great, the online shop is ok for bits and pieces, there's a nice little pub just across the road from the site with very friendly staff.

Maggie and Noel are very helpful and a lovely couple.

I would recommend and would definitely stay there again.

A lovely, comfortable bungalow in a great position

We have spent a lovely week in the bungalow. It is in a great position with lovely views. It is very clean and comfortable and really well equipped. Also close to the village where there are a couple of very good places to eat. Highly recommended by us.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Fine quality bed linen supplied although towels are not included. The property is cleaned every week and we do ask all our guests to leave the property as you find it. Other: We have just added led lighting outside no10.
