One bedroomed apartment in secure friendly complex. The complex has beautifully maintained grounds, with flowering hibiscus in bloom all year round. Communal pool approx. 20m by 10m. Sun terrace with plenty of free sunbeds.
clean and fully equiped property. The views were fantasic and the shops all within easy walking distance. The whole complex including the pool are kept in pristine order. We found that the old town was 5 mins away and you could reach the strip in about 15mins. The bus stop is only 5 mins away which got us to Playa Blanca in one direction and Arecife in the other. We had wifi and a host of british channels on the tv.We could not fault this property in any way and would recomend it to anybody
My friend and I stayed at this brilliant apartment. Great views looking over the harbour and the sea beyond. Situated within a 10 min walk of the Old Town and harbour. This is the perfect place to stay in order to explore the Old Town. Bars and restaurants are in abundance, all serving excellent food and drink.
A very well presented apartment, very clean and with well equipped kitchen area. Good sized bedroom and living room, which leads onto the balcony. From the balcony you see the views and the well maintained pool and grounds. I holiday in Lanzarote at least 4 times a year, this was one of the best apartments I have stayed in, and will be again. I would have no reservations in recommending this apartment.
Point to note* Maura (the owner) has another apartment exactly the same and next door to the one we stayed in. Very handy if there are 2 families. Thanks for a wonderful start to our holiday.
My Husband and I stayed for 4 weeks over Christmas and New Year.
The apartment is a real ' Home from Home', comfortable and clean with everything you require for a self catering holiday. It is situated in a quiet area of the Old Town. We made good use of the balcony with views over the harbour and Fuerteventura. The apartment is close to all amenities with supermarkets and a selection of good restaurants close by. The gated complex is very friendly with many returning visitors. The owners are very helpful and accommodating.
We look forward to returning later in the year.
The location of these apartments, in the Old Town area of Puerto del Carmen, is ideal for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the main resort area. The harbour area has numerous bars and restaurants which have lovely views and there are some excellent restaurants on the route to the harbour area from the apartments. We especially liked Casa Cabana which is very close by. The apartments themselves and the pool are fairly well maintained and there is a pool bar, run by a very nice couple, which is open during the day, except for Mondays. The sunbeds could do with replacing some time soon. The apartment we stayed in was in a great position with a wonderful view and was very well equipped with the feeling of a 'home from home'. The owners were relaxed and easy to deal with. We are fairly confident that we will be staying in these apartments again in the future.
My wife and I stayed in this apartment for a week in September, the location and the apartment were perfect. The owners Maura and Liam had left a welcome package of everything we could have needed on our arrival. The balcony has wonderful views of the harbor and gets the sun all day long and late into the evening. We would definitely return and have no hesitation in recommending it to friends.
Spent two weeks at this Apartment had a great time. Everything there we needed. Very handy to shops, bars and restaurants. Free wifi too so handy to keep in touch. Booking process made easy by the owner. Best part of Puerto del Carmen resort is the Old Town.
