A beautiful Penthouse Apartment situated on the fifth floor giving superb views towards the sea and mountains at the wonderful Resort of Pueblo Evita. Directly below the rooftop terrace and pool area.Centrally situated for the beach and restaurants in Benalmadena or a few minutes walk to the lovely Town of Arroyo de la Miel.

The apartment sleeps four in two air-conditioned bedrooms, one a double bed the other a twin bed, the large lounge area also has air-conditioning.

About John Morgan

Hi, I live in South Shropshire with my wife and two children, Both of whom are at University.As a family we have been going to Pueblo Evita since 2004. I believe it is perfect location for young families, it is a gated resort where a card is required to enter and leave. We have always found the resort to be a mixture of all age groups, with something to do for everyone.

Why John Morgan chose West Costa del Sol

We decided to purchase an apartment at Pueblo Evita a few years ago and have been waiting for "the one"

I know we have found it,and we don't mind sharing it with others, we just hope that you will enjoy Pueblo Evita, and your stay at our apartment as much as we continue to do so.The double balcony catches the sun all day and offers a quiet relaxing environment in the evenings.

The Resort is a friendly place to visit, with excellent staff and facilities.

The town of Benalmadena can cater for all tastes, if you want peace and quiet then you can, if you want entertainment you can find it or you can make the short walk upto Arroyo de la Miel with its many shops, bar and restaurants.

Also catch the train to various destinations including the airport.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is a few steps away from the roof top terrace and its two pools and café, serving refreshments to enjoy during the day, the terrace is closed in the evenings.

The apartment comes with its own exclusive and free unlimited 4G wifi for our guests to use.

In the evenings, once you have settled onto the balcony with a drink and a few nibbles you will appreciate the stunning views and the peace and quiet, and realise why we purchased this apartment.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment is situated in the delightful resort of Pueblo Evita. The resort is built in the typical Andalusian pueblo style and is set between the sea and the mountains on the Costa del Sol. The resort is a gated complex with round the clock security. There are two swimming pool areas each with a large pool and a children's pool, both have a lifeguard on duty and 1 indoor heated pool and a indoor Jacuzzi, both poolside areas offer food and refreshments. The apartment is located very near to the roof top pools and café. There is also a on-site club house and bar. You will be met on arrival and shown to the apartment to ensure everything is to your satisfaction and given the keys and security card. Outside: Large 46m2 double terrace area, with stunning views of the sea and mountains. There are four sun loungers and two sets of table and chairs each with a umbrella for shade. Built in barbecue also on the terrace area for evenings in with drinks and supper. The balcony has the sun all day long. Utility Room: Brand new(Nov 2014) washing machine is located in the bathroom. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed-linen and towels are provided, beach towels are not included. Apartment is fully cleaned before your arrival and on your departure. Other: Large double terrace area which has the sun all day with views of the sea and mountains, complete with four sun loungers and two tables with seating, also fold out umbrella. Built in barbecue on the terrace.

Fantastic apartment with great views :-)

Fantastic well equipped apartment which was great for our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Amazing balcony with great views over the sea and mountains. Climb up stairs to apartment certainly kept us fit but was definitely worth it for the view and sunny balcony. Excellent communication from John prior to arrival and even arranged transfers with Dave. Easy access to supermarket if needed and lots of lovely restaurants. We would definitely like to return to this apartment again and would highly recommend! Thank you John and Nicola :-)

Wonderful apartment in an excellent location!

We had a great stay in Johns apartment. It was a lovely size, the beds were so comfy and everything we needed was there. The shining star of this apartment is without a doubt the balcony, which is huge and gets the sun from the minute it rises to the minute it sets. John was extremely helpful with any queries and questions that I had prior to our trip. The location is brilliant only a short walk to the supermarket, beach and Arroyo with plenty of restaurants to choose from. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment. We always like to try some where new when we go on holiday but I would definitely return to this apartment. Hopefully one day we will!

We had such a great week staying in this apartment, really good location near to the beach, bars and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and had everything you could ask for. Outside terrace is a great space and wonderful views day and evening we even stayed in one night and had a bbq which is a first for us. Booking the apartment was simple and John was always on hand to answer questions, was a pleasure dealing with you. The pool area was relaxing and nice to have the clubhouse and Sam's Bar on site. Loved this apartment was not ready to leave at the end of our week but looking forward to booking again 2017. Big thanks to John & Nicola you have a great place.....x

Great apartment, amazing views, quiet at night. Recommend for couples or families.

Brilliant apartment. Good location. Ideal for pool lovers (the rooftop pool is a 30 seconds away from the door).

Handy for Paloma park and 10 min walk to the beach (bill bill). Loads of good restaurants nearby.

John was so helpful with answering all my questions and the apartment has everything you would need. We loved the outdoor grill, and the amazing fridge.....so big we were never able to fill it. Wifi was a godsend for my techno kids.

John arranged for Dave to collect us at airport (thanks Dave) much easier than a cab.

It's probably worth mentioning the hill the apartment is situated on and the stairs (top floor). We found it manageable as we are quite fit (I may have also lost weight haha) we had a pram for my youngest which we coped with but had to carry it up 12 flights.

The supermarket is at the bottom of a very steep hill so when getting the gallons of water you need I would advise arranging delivery while there or a wheely trolley.

Highly recommended. If your considering booking don't hesitate. Thanks John and Nicola :)

Great apartment in a fantastic location

This apartment is lovely and in a great location. Yes there are steps but the view is great and you have the added bonus of being just below the pool and snack bar area. This was a great place to spend the afternoon as it had a lovely seating area and pool and also the staff were really friendly. The apartment was really well maintained and has a fab outdoor area with plenty of space to lounge around or enjoy a meal. The owners are very helpful and responded very promptly to all my enquiries. In addition Dave who does the airport pickup and drop off is very reliable and was there when we arrived and also picked us up early to go back so no worries there. In conclusion this apartment is highly recommended. It is within easy walking distance of lots of restaurants, shops and bars. You can also easily walk to Tivoli world, the cable cars and also the marina. The bus to Torremolinos runs just along the sea front and a bus to Benalmadena Pueblo stops just outside the complex with the train station also within easy reach by foot in Arroya. We had a wonderful holiday here.

AMAZINGGG!!

Well where do i start, me and my 2 friends recently visited this fabulous place and words cannot describe it. The apartment was stunning the view was incredible the shower was amazing need one in my own home the welcome book was great as it gave us a lot of ideas. The complex as a whole is great swimming pool is cold but in the heat its a great place to go the clubhouse has great food and is priced well. The local village offers a wide selection of things from food to gifts to clothing anything you need you will find in the village the people are so polite and i was very lucky to meet dave who drove us to and from airport and he was brilliant a very kind and helpful man. Would recomend this place to anyone and everyone and i will be definitely going back next year !! THANK YOU
