A beautiful Penthouse Apartment situated on the fifth floor giving superb views towards the sea and mountains at the wonderful Resort of Pueblo Evita. Directly below the rooftop terrace and pool area.Centrally situated for the beach and restaurants in Benalmadena or a few minutes walk to the lovely Town of Arroyo de la Miel.

The apartment sleeps four in two air-conditioned bedrooms, one a double bed the other a twin bed, the large lounge area also has air-conditioning.

About John Morgan

Hi, As a family we have been going to Pueblo Evita since 2004. Now as the children are grown up they holiday on their own at the Resort. I believe it is perfect location for young families and couples alike, it is a gated resort where a security card is required to enter and leave. We have always found the resort to be a mixture of all age groups, with something to do for everyone.

As the apartment is situated on the fifth floor and there is no lift access will be difficult for those persons less mobile.

Please be aware I do not accept online payments through Homeaway/Owners direct website due to the service fees they have started charging our guests, bookings and secure payments can be made with me direct via Bank transfer or Paypal, contact details below.

We decided to purchase an apartment at Pueblo Evita a few years ago and have been waiting for "the one"

I know we have found it,and we don't mind sharing it with others, we just hope that you will enjoy Pueblo Evita, and your stay at our apartment as much as we continue to do so.The double balcony catches the sun all day and offers a quiet relaxing environment in the evenings.

The Resort is a friendly place to visit, with excellent staff and facilities.

The town of Benalmadena can cater for all tastes, if you want peace and quiet then you can, if you want entertainment you can find it or you can make the short walk upto Arroyo de la Miel with its many shops, bar and restaurants.

You can also catch the train to various destinations including the airport and to the lovely City of Malaga itself.

The resort is built in the typical Andalusian pueblo style and is set between the sea and the mountains on the Costa del Sol. The resort is a gated complex with round the clock security. There are two swimming pool areas each with a large pool and a children's pool, both have a lifeguard on duty and 1 indoor heated pool and a indoor Jacuzzi, both poolside areas offer food and refreshments. The apartment is located very near to the roof top pools and café. There is also a on-site club house and bar. You will be met on arrival and shown to the apartment to ensure everything is to your satisfaction and given the keys and security card. Outside: Large 46m2 double terrace area, with stunning views of the sea and mountains. There are four sun loungers and two sets of table and chairs each with a umbrella for shade. Built in barbecue also on the terrace area for evenings in with drinks and supper. The balcony has the sun all day long. Cleaning / Towels / Linen All bed-linen and towels are provided, beach towels are not included. Apartment is fully cleaned before your arrival and on your departure. Other: Large double terrace area which has the sun all day with views of the sea and mountains, complete with four sun loungers

Excellent

This is our second time staying here. It is a lovely clean apartment with a balcony that is superb. Sun all day. Beds are very comfortable which you need if here long term. British tv if you want it and WiFi. There are a lot of stairs leading to the apartment. So if you do have mobility issues this is worth considering when you make your choice. The owner John is very amenable and made the process very easy. I guess the fact that we have already booked to return is testament to the fact we had a good time.

Superb Apartment Great Views

Fantastic views from a large terrace which gets the sun all day long.

Need to be reasonably fit to climb the steps but once there you'll not want to leave.

Supermarket beech & restaurants all within 5min.

Had a fantastic stay this year thanks John & Nicola we would definitely return.

One point need to fix TV reception.

Beautiful property with fantastic views. We'll maintained and caters for all. Would stay again.

Great property and great location. Everything was as described. Massive sun terrace with stunning views. Two good sized bedrooms and large living areas. Close to all amenities. Large hill and large amount of steps to reach property so in my opinion would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues - not a criticism as this was what we wanted but as I'd injured myself a few days prior to going, I was very much aware of the climb. That said we would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Fantastic apartment with great views :-)

Fantastic well equipped apartment which was great for our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Amazing balcony with great views over the sea and mountains. Climb up stairs to apartment certainly kept us fit but was definitely worth it for the view and sunny balcony. Excellent communication from John prior to arrival and even arranged transfers with Dave. Easy access to supermarket if needed and lots of lovely restaurants. We would definitely like to return to this apartment again and would highly recommend! Thank you John and Nicola :-)

Wonderful apartment in an excellent location!

We had a great stay in Johns apartment. It was a lovely size, the beds were so comfy and everything we needed was there. The shining star of this apartment is without a doubt the balcony, which is huge and gets the sun from the minute it rises to the minute it sets. John was extremely helpful with any queries and questions that I had prior to our trip. The location is brilliant only a short walk to the supermarket, beach and Arroyo with plenty of restaurants to choose from. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment. We always like to try some where new when we go on holiday but I would definitely return to this apartment. Hopefully one day we will!

We had such a great week staying in this apartment, really good location near to the beach, bars and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and had everything you could ask for. Outside terrace is a great space and wonderful views day and evening we even stayed in one night and had a bbq which is a first for us. Booking the apartment was simple and John was always on hand to answer questions, was a pleasure dealing with you. The pool area was relaxing and nice to have the clubhouse and Sam's Bar on site. Loved this apartment was not ready to leave at the end of our week but looking forward to booking again 2017. Big thanks to John & Nicola you have a great place.....x

Special interest holidays:

There is a tennis court situated across from the Resort where you can book courts, also in the nearby Town of Arroyo de la Miel is a leisure centre where you can ice skate and make use of the health facilities.

Coast/Beach:

Five minute walk to the beach and twenty minute walk to the Marina along the sea front and past the fine fish restaurants and many shops.

By the Marina is a Sealife Aquarium and more shops and restaurants, boat trips can be booked at the marina for either fishing or dolphin spotting.

Travel:

Airport (Málaga): 15 kilometres

Beach: 500 metres

Golf: 10 kilometres

Shops: 200 metres

Transport to and from the Airport can be arranged for 50€ or taxis readily available from the Airport or catch the direct train from the Airport to Arroyo de la Miel(Benalmadena)and a short taxi ride to Pueblo Evita.

Distances:

Nearby is the Tivoli World Attraction, you can also take a 800m cable car ride upto the Monte Calamorro.The cable car ticket entitles you to enjoy a donkey ride, falconry and horse riding exhibitions. Another local attraction is the Selwo Marina where you have the chance to visit the only Dolphinarium and Penguinarium in Andalucia and swim with dolphins.Parque Paloma is also within a short walk, with its lovely gardens and lake complete with turtles and fish and various other birds roaming free.

Further Details:

Transfer to and from the airport can be arranged for 50€ return.

Meet and greet available upon arrival with English/Spanish speaking agent.Guests arriving/departing after 7.00pm, not having a transfer, will be charged 15€ meet and greet fee.

Local Mercadona supermarket can arrange home delivery to the apartment with time slots available.
