We bought this properties because we find Pollensa one of the nicest places on the Island. It is in the near of the beach, not to crowdy, nice to cycle and ideal to relax.

Activity and Interests


60 m, 2 minutes walk, to the large sandy beach of LLenaire


Palma airport is at 40 minutes driving almost all the time by motorway.

Excellent bus service is available (2 buses) as well as private taxis or car hire on the airport.

Once in Pollensa there is no need for a car as all amenities such as restaurants ,bars and shops are within walking distance.

Busstop at 2 minutes walking from the apartment


The old town of Pollensa with his charming Sunday market is at 5 km away and can be reached in 5 minutes driving or by bus .

Alcudia old town, 10 minutes drive, is also very pretty to visit and to try some of his nice restaurants.

A gentle stroll along the sea front brings you into Puerto Pollensa with a great diverse offer of shops, bars and restaurants at the seaside.

To the beautiful historic city of palma you can arrive by bus or 45 minutes in car.

In the near of the apartment, at 2 minutes walking, you can find 4 restaurants and a supermarket. Bigger supermarkets are available at 20 minutes walking, even as banks, local shops, pharmacy, medical care, post office.
