The 100 sqm apartment with gorgeous views has a fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen, living room, and a large terrace with table, chairs and a sofa for outdoor dining. The pool is large and inviting with plenty of sunbeds and tables to relax around the pool should you wish. There is also a jacuzzi adjacent to the swimming pool. The pool and jacuzzi are shared with 3 other apartments and sun loungers and parasols are provided. Staff are available on site 24 hours to maintain pool and outdoor areas, and to meet guests on arrival and provide assistance. Our apartment is conveniently situated 5 minutes from the town centre. The closest restaurants, cafes, gym, banks, supermarkets, Thursday market and shops are only 2 minutes away. Being situated slightly out of the town centre, it is also fairly quiet. A great choice for couples and families. The pool level has a private chill-out zone and a WC. The apartment is cleaned weekly with towel and linen change.

Fantastic apartment in fantastic Kalkan

We had a lovely two-week stay.

Nadia & Aized couldn't have been more helpful and reassuring beforehand - and Seref (their agent) when we were there. Great little complex, and lovely shared courtyard pool (only 3 other apartments, and one rarely used). The location is great, its a 10min walk (up hill back though!) to the beautiful old town harbor of Kalkan - with its adorable roof terrace bars and restaurants. [most villa and apartments are further up the hills, and too far to walk].

We loved the apartment and everything Kalkan and the surrounding area has to offer...I am sure we'll be back.

We are a family with 15 & 17 yr old teenagers.

Great Apartment

We had a wonderful 10 day stay in this apartment. It is in a great location, only a 10 minute walk from the main town and harbour with a supermarket almost next door and a bakery a few minutes walk . It has a good size pool with ample sunbeds with the apartment being very spacious and well equipped with fantastic views . Ekram the caretaker is always around to assist with any maintenance issues should this prove necessary, the owners managed the booking very efficiently and were very helpful. We look forward to returning to this apartment in the future.

Lovely apartment

We had a wonderful week staying in this apartment. It is in a great location, only a few minutes walk from the main town. It has a good size pool and the apartment is very spacious and very well equipped. There is always someone around to assist with any maintenance issues should this prove necessary and the owners managed the booking very efficiently and were very helpful. We look forward to returning to this apartment in the future.

Great Appartment, Views and Location

We've been to Kalkan loads of times and this was a new apartment for us. Owners very pleasant and their managers were very helpful. Really lovely top floor apartment with fantastic views. Great pool area and never overcrowded. Close to the supermarket and only a short walk down to the harbour. Highly recommended.

fantastic apartment

We had a brilliant week stay at the Sun Elite apartment, which surpassed our expectations. It was clean, nicely decorated and very spacious, taking up the whole top floor of the block and with all the facilities you would expect. We felt very much at home straight away but the most notable feature is the main balcony with breathtaking views over the bay while being totally private. You could while away many hours here and always find a sunny spot. There is a great pool which we pretty much had to ourselves, again with fabulous views. It is worth being a bit further out of town for the view but the walk was very pleasant and only took about 10 minutes. Taxis are plentiful and only a few pounds if you are feeling lazy at night. Within a couple of minutes of the apartment are some nice restaurants, bars and a supermarket so it is not always necessary to venture down to the harbour. Highly recommend this apartment, we will be back!

We have travelled all over the world and extensively in Turkey. Kalkan is a place we fell in love with. Beautiful environment, friendly and hospitable people, great food and so many thing to do around the town. Whether you love hiking, the sea, the mountains, exploring archaeological sites - it has everything. Sun Elite Apartments in Kalkan is our second home.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

Located one km from the picture perfect Kalkan waterfront/marina beach. The world famous 17 km long Patara beach is only a fifteen minutes drive.

Travel:

In high season over 5 airlines have flights to Dalaman from the UK. Flight time from London is approximately 4 hours. Kalkan is located about a 1.5 hours drive from Dalyan/Dalaman airport and 3 hours from Antalya. Rental cars, taxis, buses are easily available.

Distances:

500 meters from the Kalkan town center, 50 meters from amenities. Close by attractions include restaurants, shopping, boat cruises, mud baths, and several UNESCO world heritage historical archaeological sites. The harbor of Kas is only a twenty minutes drive away and the town of Fethiye is about an hour away.

Our property is centrally located and yet in a quiet area. It has fantastic panoramic views, close to the restaurants shopping and entertainment, banks, travel services and others. Everything is within walking distance. We have a large pool shared by three other apartments for relaxing when one wants to take a break. There is plenty of space for entertaining friends next to the pool side which has a BBQ and bar area.

The property itself has a serene environment surrounded by many olive and fruit trees and adjacent to green areas. Our large pool is shared with three other apartments on the property and includes a jacuzzi/children's pool. We have a poolside Bar-B-Q, a large patio area, chill side pergola, and a private WC/changing room at the pool level, lounge chairs, and umbrellas. A new cafe, which is open all day is located next to the complex and can cater for your breakfast, lunch and dinner needs. The cafe can provide delivery services to your apartment which is very convenient. Migros supermarket is right around the corner. Utility Room: Washing machine and iron/ironing board are in the apartment. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned weekly with towel and linen change. Extra cleaning can be provided and paid locally.
