Stylish 1 bed, ground floor apartment overlooking orange groves. Urbanisation also boasts a gorgeous shared swimming pool with poolside bar, tennis court, and well laid out gardens with a church offering regular services. 10 minute walk to Mercadona supermarket and on a well serviced bus route in to Torrevieja (10-15 minutes) Also La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre, and numerous beaches located nearby. Small commercial centre offering pubs and restaurants located about 20 minute walk away.

Why Nigel Adams chose Torrevieja

The reason for buying this property was simply the location! Stunning views over the orange groves and lakes of Torrevieja, completed with mountain backdrop. Also the central location to the nearby town of Torrevieja, beaches, restaurants.

The urbanisation is fantastic too! Old Spanish style and the added inclusion of a pool side bar, and tennis court makes this quite a unique place to spend time.

Peace, quite, and location again. A fantastic little oasis just to chill out at.

This property benefits from it's unique placement on the urbanisation. Located overlooking the groves it doesn't attract a lot of noise, only the occasional car going past on a small one way road that services the estate. Don't worry, the traffic is quite infrequent.

The nearest beaches are located within 3 miles of the apartment in Torrevieja and stretch all the way down the coast towards Punta Prima, La Zenia, and Cabo Roig. All the beaches are blue flag and most have beach bars on them.

Travel:

The nearest airports are Murcia (San Javier) 25 minutes away, and Alicante (El Altet) 45 minutes drive. Both provide good car hire. Pick up can be arranged for a fee if required.

Distances:

Nearest Town Torrevieja is about 4 miles away. Nearest beach about 3 miles. La Zenia shopping centre is about 5 miles away.

Further Details:

Local supermarket is 10 minutes walk away, and Filton centre with Banks, bars, restaurants is about 20 minutes walk away. Nearest bar of urbanisation is Suzi's bar which is about 10 minutes away opposite supermarket.

Notes on accommodation: Apartment does not have individual parking space, but normally find parking is readily available in service road outside. Car isn't necessary, but is advisable to get the best from the location and the numerous & varied attractions on offer. Outside: Lovely corner terrace with garden, table and chairs to appreciate the benefits of Al fresco dining. Large communal pool inclusive of poolside bar with tennis court. Beach towels can be provided if required. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Clean sheets and towels provided upon arrival. Milk, water and tea, coffee can also be provided on request for a fee. Other: Small internal terrace running directly from the lounge to the front that has bi fold doors enabling it to be opened right up to appreciate the peace and quite of the location.

Beautiful well appointed apartment

Really lovely apt, very clean with great facilities and 2 mins from pool and pool bar, overlooking orange groves with outside terrace. Power shower, full aircon which was bliss, English and Spanish TV, if your looking to stay in Los Balcones look no further!

Deposits are charged to cover damage and lost keys. Dropped glasses due to washing up, or any accidental small damage will not be charged for and considered as wear and tear. Notes on prices:
£100 deposit will be required on initial booking or 8 weeks prior to rental to cover breakages / damage to apartment and items contained in it. Also another £50 deposit to cover lost keys. Total deposit £150 which is returnable when rental has been completed successfully with keys returned.

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
