I like architecture, design, renovation work (and off course its problems), the magic secrets spots around the lake and our magnificent region.

This house belongs to some friends of mine. It was recently built. I love each little corner there, its perfect situation and off course its large windows over viewing the lake.

If you like nature, intimacy, view, and comfort, this place would be perfect for you.

Why Sandrine VIAL chose Annecy - Lake Annecy area

I just felt in love with that place. The view is amazing, and changes from one day to another. The location is perfect, an intimate quiet property of 3 flats, away from the main road, but close enough to get to the old historical town in a 10min drive. All seasons are appreciable,

. autumn for the red leaves, walking around, paragliding...

. winter for skiing or enjoying the white landscape around the lake and go to the Xmas market in town.

. spring for travelling around, biking, water skiing

. summer to go swimming in the lake, 500m walking distance, from the property, and there are a few hidden spots from the crowd in the summer.All activities are next door. For the youngest, horse back riding, rowing, tennis, sailing, inflatable games, water skiing.

Stunning! A very special place!

This beautifully kept apartment with breathtaking views provided the perfect base for a family holiday for 6. Its position near the cycle path and the lake with it's amenities make it the ideal place for enjoying outdoor activities but the luxurious apartment itself is very comfortable to enjoy unwinding there with views across to the mountains.

Close proximity to local shops and a short drive/ cycle to Annecy made this an ideal location for our holiday.... We really enjoyed the cycling around the lake and hired bikes nearby.

The owner was extremely helpful and helped make our holiday very memorable. We would love to return.

AMAZING!

This property lived up to all the expectations on the video promo we saw, it was absolutely stunning. My family and I found the apartment completely sufficient for a family of 6 with regards to space and utilities. The location was exceptional, perfect views, good access to the lake, cycle track and 5 min walk from a good supermarket to keep well stocked during our stay. There is also a water sports centre close by which sells an annual family pass so you can hire canoes and kayaks as much as you like during your stay for around £100. We also hired a speed boat (www.bountylac.com) from the opposite side of the lake for two hours whilst we circumnavigated the lake - which was a great highlight for the kids (and us). In addition the owner was exceptionally helpful and pleasant with all our questions. I would highly recommend this property.

  • Notes on accommodation: About the accommodation : We hope that you will feel like home here. It is not a simple holiday rental. We loved renovating that place and used to live there. We used quality material such as oak wood floor, concrete floor... At your disposal, several cooking appliances, home cinema, flat screens, wii and off course free wifi access We just moved next door in an old wine farm that we are also renovating. We hope to receive you here soon. About us : We like architecture, design, renovation work (and off course its problems!) and the magic secrets spots around the lake and our magnificent region. Sandrine has a 10 years marketing experience. She is also a skiing instructor. Alexandre used to have a plumber and heating company, he is still working in the building industry. We have 2 girls, Lisa and Lucie, who might also want to welcome you. Outside: • terrace over-viewing the lake, with a table & chairs + a sun chair • garden on the ground floor : with a table + 6 chairs + 2 sun chairs + 4 seats. Utility Room: • Office "space" with a small "library" • ground floor : private corridor with closets, and a place to leave bikes, strollers, skis. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: towels and linen are included possible cleaning at the end of your stay (charged extra)
