"Block 40" First floor luxury 2 bed 2 bath apartment sleeps 4/6. Large lounge with 42” TV free view box (so you won't miss all of your favourite soaps) and a dvd player.

The apartment is situated on Parque Da Corcovada. South facing balcony overlooking outdoor pools, gardens. Bathrooms have a bath with shower over.

Air con hot/cold, secure video entry to the apartment.

Children's and adults pool with sun beds.Parking in front of apartment no car necessary.

Very close to lots of stunning white-sandy beaches, shops, golf, fishing, bars, restaurants. Situated very near the famous 'Strip', and The Old Town. Weekly markets in Loule, Quarteira and a monthly market in Albufeira the first Tuesday of every month Loule market every Saturday. Loule is a gorgeous market of the gypsies, where you will be able to find a great variety of products (clothes, shoes, handbags, toys and some handicraft) and also a chance to haggle over the prices.

Outside: The lounge balcony is south facing and overlooks the largest pool on the complex and smaller children's pool and is set in attractive landscaped grounds complete with on site clubhouse close by. The grounds and pools are fully enclosed, safe and secure and can only be accessed by key holders Utility Room: Side room from the kitchen where you can hang washing, airer supplied. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are supplied but request that you bring your own beach towels. Apartment is cleaned ready for arrival and can be cleaned during your stay at an extra charge. Other: There is a small balcony to the side of the kitchen which you can use to dry washing airer supplied.

Lovely apartment in a lovely quiet complex.

We are 3 40 something girls who enjoy a break in the sun. We stayed at Parque da Corcovada last year and really enjoyed it so decided to stay again. This time we stayed in block 40 on the first floor. The apartment overlooks the main pool area which is lovely , would definitely choose a block overlooking here again. I'm not sure if things will be different in July / August but we stayed in June and never had an issue with sunbeds. In fact there was always lots to choose from. We had all we needed in the apartment and Judi that met us and explained everything was really helpful. We had a slight issue with the air con but this was soon resolved after a call to Judi :-) The apartment is 2 bed 2 bath which is great for 3 girls when it's time to get ready. The apartments are very secure with roller shutters and key entry into the blocks. Location is ideal , it's just a short walk to the strip if that's what you want but far enough away not to be disturbed by it. We have been coming to Albufeira a few years now and would definitely recommend these apartments.

feels like our home

For the last 3 years we booked the same apartment, and we think that says it all. Every year feels like coming home. Wonderful well-maintained apartment, good furniture, kitchen fully equipped, good neighbourhood, well kept gardens and pools in the condominium. Walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants, Dutch, English, Irish, Chinese and Portugese, to much to choose from. We always took car to the beach (Praia Eulalia 3 min. drive), walking takes about 20 min. Shops also walking distance.

Talking about customer service: We asked for internet, and had it the next week!!! Proves something about the owner! Will recommend this property to friends and relatives. Have made reservation for next year already, there are even people here asking if we cannot skip a year, so they have a chance!

Coast/Beach:

There are many beached in the area but the nearest one is a 15 minute walk away from the apartment.

Travel:

Faro is the nearest airport and is a 45 minute drive away. Transfers can be arranged and cost approximately 32.50 euro each way for up 1-4 people and 40 euro each way for 5-8 people although it costs a little extra for an early or late pick up

Further Details:

There are many shops and restaurants in the area, nearest restaurant 2 minutes walk and the nearest small shop 2 minutes walk although many more shops and restaurants within 15 mins walk.
