Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included in the rental price. Property is cleaned weekly. You can have the villa cleaned more regularly at an additional charge. Other: Fifth bedroom on lower ground floor will contain a double sofa bed, smart tv and games console.

The villa is built directly on the sea wall to views over the estuary to sandy bays which can be accessed by ferry. Alternatively, you can take a short walk to the popular North Sands.

The newly refurbished Salcombe Harbour Hotel is situated adjacent to the Villa. They offer various services to the Villa which include room service, the hiring of a chef and waiting staff, retail wine service - select wines from their extensive list at retail price, 10% discount on all food and beverages taken in the hotel, the use of their luxury spa at £25 per day, 10% off treatments and discounted personal training sessions.

Boat owners (tender size) are entitled to moor alongside the villas on the sea wall where there is a slip way giving access to the villas.
