A recently renovated property located in a the village of Essert Ramond close to Morzine town centre. It is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, TV (UK free view channels), DVD and stereo. There a doors from the living area to the wrap around terrace which offers stunning mountain views. The open plan living, dining and kitchen is spacious and comfortable, a great place to relax after a day on the mountain both in winter or summer. There is also a garden at the property and ample car parking space. It's easy to access the ski area using a car or the ski bus. Morzine is well located within the Protes du Soleil, one of the largest linked ski areas in the world covering both France and Switzerland. Another major benefit of the property is it's proximity to Geneva airport and the easy road route from the UK for those who wish to drive. In the summer there are walking routes right from the door as well as the plentiful activities Morzine and the surrounding areas have to offer.

Fantastic apartment, beautiful area.

Located in a beautiful village with stunning views, this apartment had everything we needed and more. Easy access to Morzine and other areas. There is also a regular bus service for those without cars. Superb restaurant within walking distance ment we really didnt want to leave. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend to others.

Immaculate apartment with all facilities. Excellent position close to Morzine and convenient to access Avoriaz. Good village restaurant within walking distance. Very helpful agent.
