About the property

Garden Apartment - private, secure, tranquil - but near nightlife, beaches, port & PALAIS

Lovely quiet apartment with Med garden (west-facing, fully enclosed). New to the rental market, the property is in the heart of the wonderful Old Town of Cannes (le Suquet), with its winding cobbled streets and magnificent panorama view over the harbour, Croisette and the bay.

Very quiet, safe & secure (particularly appealing to lady travellers - but enjoyed by all). Tranquil but near to exciting nightlife, beaches, shops and everything Cannes and the Cote d'Azur have to offer - all within a short walk.

Sleeps 2+2 (double bedroom + large sofa bed in spacious lounge). Modern bathroom and kitchen, plus separate small utility room.

Recently refurbished to high modern standard

Please note, the swimming pool listed below can be found in the wonderful Radisson Spa just 3 minutes walk - full range of treatments and pampering at very reasonable prices. We use their pool almost as our own!.

Or just swim in the Med next door!

This lovely apartment is our haven and hideaway on the Cote d'Azur - we're sure you'll cherish it just as much as we do. We visit as often as possible but enjoy the pleasure that others derive from it

We've designed the property with a very homely atmosphere but its perfectly set up for the holidaymaker and congress visitor alike. Its also especially favoured by lady-travellers due to its safe and secure nature.

Our lovely local housekeeper Sofia will be there to meet, greet and brief you in either French, German, Italian or English - best wishes, Francesca

What's not to love about internationally famous Cannes!?

But we've always especially loved Cannes old town, and our apartment's excellent location and garden - outside space being a must for us for that full Mediterranean atmosphere and hot summer days (a real sun trap).

It's proved perfect for singles, couples and business-people, plus particularly by lady-travellers due to its safe and secure nature.

The apartment has a spacious feeling (rare in Suquet) with a large bright lounge opening onto the sunny, airy garden through two sets of French windows. A roomy open kitchen and decent size double bedroom add to this atmosphere.

There is a luxurious pool, spa and wellbeing centre just a few minutes walk away for extra indulgent pampering (not included in cost - please enquire separately)

What makes this apartment unique

Suquet Quarter (the old town) sits on a medieval hilltop of Mont Chevalier immediately adjacent to (but noticeably distinct from) modern-day Cannes.

Still charmingly authentic, Suquet provides hospitable and affordable local spots shoulder-to-shoulder with internationally renowned gourmet restaurants - all against a vibrant night time buzz just around the corner from the apartment.

Within a minute or two you'll find everything glamorous-Cannes has to offer, including hotels, shops, beaches with restaurants, daily market, old port, Croisette and Palais (5-10 mins). Take time to wander around Suquet's winding cobbled lanes and ancient buildings, castle and ramparts, plus tropical public gardens and magnificent views over Cannes and the bay/islands (inc. magnificent firework displays).

Great hub for exploring Nice, Antibes, Monaco, Grasse, Mougins, St Tropez and inland Provence

Beaches and safe swimming start directly at foot of the hill - less than 5 min walk

Many local attractions - perfect for lovers of Film (Cannes Film Festival), the Arts, Art History, Cuisine, Dining, Wines....all things Mediterranean and Provencal. In Cannes and nearby Antibes, Nice, Monaco, Vence and St Tropez there's much to occupy the Picasso, Matisse, Chagall, Bonnard, Cezanne, Miro and van Gogh enthusiast.

Stunning immediate coastline, countryside and ancient villages in Provence and the Alpes Maritimes regions provide, views, vistas, provencal cookery courses and vineyard tours on your doorstep. Nearby Grasse is the world capital of the fragrance industry.
