Excellent Apartment

First time staying here & wont be the last. Lovely home from home with the most amazing views day & night. Only a couple of people around the pool during the day. Central for everything. If you just want to chill this is the perfect place.

Lovely apartment in great location

I have stayed in a few apartments in lanzarote over the years and this has been one of the best.

The location is amazing just a short stroll to the beach and promenade with a big supermarket just 2 mins walk away.

The apartment itself was spotless and had everything you could want including great wifi and stunning sea views.

It is in a secure gated ,small,quite complex with lovely gardens and pool. The pool area had lots of loungers and was very peaceful.

Dean was a pleasure to deal with.

I will defiantly be returning and would highly recommend.

Great base for PDC

Really happy with the apartment and with our dealings with Dean.

Terrific view from the balcony, nice quiet location, well maintained grounds, comfy beds, clean, good (free) wi-fi, nice to have a range of channels on the TV, pretty well equipped, easy walk up from the main strip, lots of supermarkets nearby and the Spinnaker bar/restaurant is handy with great views if you're feeling lazy. The apartment was also very reasonably priced.

Really no complaints at all and we'd probably try to book this again as our first choice the next time we come to PDC

Nice quiet location

The apartment is clean and spacious and is located on a small private/gated complex.The complex was as discribed , well maintained, very clean. The views from the apartment balcony were great . Satellite TV and wifi were a bonus that we were not expecting. No ceiling fans as advertised but we did put to good use the two fans found in the cupboard. Bed was very comfortable. The apartment can be approached from two directions,the most direct does take you up a daunting set of steps, but if you walk past the pool and around the front you can approach from the other side which only has two steps. Situated at the top of a hill it's a pleasant 400 metre stroll to the seafront with plenty of restaurants, bars and beaches. The walk back can be tiring but taxi's are plentiful and from most places in the town it only costs a few euro's. The pool area is only small but out of the 10 days we were there only busy once. There are two many places to eat to point the finger and say that's the best as we found all were as good as each other. We managed to eat in a different location every night and were not disappointed once(maybe once with a T-Bone steak) . Thanks to Dean for the tip on where to leave our luggage when we vacated, everything was fine. Would definitely recommend to people and wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.

disapointing.

The apartment was 21steps from the road side to the front door. NOT 12 AS WE WERE TOLD

The property was clean but there was no instructions of any kind for anything IE TV COOKER and the tap in the kitchen was very loose. The toilet flush was loose. Painters came and scraped and painted outside and on the balcony. We did get instruction on how to use the TV 4 days later even though the TV system had been in 10 days from what we were told by the manager. I would not recommend this property to anyone especially anyone who was infirm. 2 Steep hills to walk from the sea side. Get a taxi for 2 euro 30 its well worth it.

I liked the area when we got to know the place but because there was no info in the apartment it took us a few days to get our bearing. The pictures on the web site are not the same as in real life. The walls are paper thin and could hear everything. The shower was a hit and a miss. Very disappointed with the managers attitude. NO WONDER THERE ISNT MANY COMMENTS ON THIS SITE.

Fabulous Apartment

My husband and I spent 8 days here and I must say the apartment is lovely. It is a very quiet complex which suited us down to the ground and very close to the shops, bars, restaurants and beach. The sea views are also amazing. I would definitely book again.

Activity and Interests

Special interest holidays:

Special interest holidays. There are lots of things to do on the island which is only about 40 miles long and 16 miles wide. There are specialist companies all along the main strip who can organise day trips and tours for you, or you can hire a car from either the airport or the numerous car hire firms along the main strip. The beautiful area of Puerto Calero with its designer label shops and millionaires row of private yachts is well worth a look. You can enjoy a drink or a bite to eat in one of the many restaurants with fairly reasonable prices and lovely views onto the marina, and see how the other half live! Taxi is only about 8 euros from Puerto del Carmen.

Coast/Beach:

The popular Playa Grande beach is found just a 10 minute walk away. On this beach there are cafe's for refreshments, freshwater showers and toilets. Sunbeds and parasols are available for hire as well as pedlo's. The beach itself is well maintained and cleaned regularly. For people with children it's worth mentioning that there is a shallow drop off into the sea giving plenty of room to play before the water gets too deep. Also the beach is patrolled with life guards.

Travel:

Arrecife is the main and only airport on the island, and is approximately 10-15 minutes from the apartment. Taxis are readily available outside the airport and will cost roughly 12-15 euros to the apartment. Car hire is available from the airport, or there are lots of car hire firms on the main strip in Puerto del Carmen.

Distances:

If you choose to hire a car then the beautiful beach of Papagayo and the quaint harbour of Puerto Calero are found 20-30 mins south of Puerto del Carmen, whilst the market town of Costa Teguise is found 20 mins to the north.
