If you are looking for a tranquil lakeside location with nature at your fingertips, stunning scenery and Lakeside access then Lingholm is the perfect place for you.

A Truly Wonderful Stay

We have just returned from a week's family break at Lingholm for my husband's 60th birthday staying in the two cottages on the estate. It really was truly wonderful and we were all so sorry to have to leave yesterday! It is such a peaceful location yet within easy reach of Keswick and lots of other walks around the area direct from the estate. Jenny and Joe are the perfect hosts and nothing is too much trouble. We hired the dining room in the main house as part of our celebrations and Jenny took care of all the arrangements (hiring in a chef and organising menus etc). If you do visit Lingholm be sure to take up this opportunity of dining in such elegance in front of the roaring fire in this great room! Linghom is a gem of a place and we cannot recommend it highly enough - peaceful setting, wonderful hosts and a magical time to be had.
