About the property

Villa in Trapezaki, Kefalonia, Greek Islands, Greece - Peaceful, Breathtaking Views.

There are four bedrooms on the ground floor that consist of an en-suite double, a double and two bedrooms with three quarter size beds. There is also a separate bathroom on the ground floor with all facilities. The villa is designed to sleep six guests and where required, a cot is also available. There is a staircase leading to the top floor that is open plan with patio doors leading to a massive and furnished balcony overlooking the pool and Trapezaki Bay. The top floor includes a fully fitted kitchen, spacious dining room area, comfortable living room and a bathroom.

Hello, my name is Hugh Cumiskey and I have been advertising with Owners Direct since 2007. I represent many greek property owners mainly in the Lourdas, Trapazaki and Vlachata region who do not have a strong command of the English language and require assistance in arranging their bookings.

I have been blessed to live in Lourdas for the last 12 years and it will be my pleasure to meet guests during their holiday and give them lots of local information to assist them in enjoying the many delights that Kefalonia has to offer.

Like so many, my early years in England and the Republic of Ireland were spent eating, sleeping and work, work, work. Little time for anything else!! It was time to move from the fast lane to the slow lane and 12 years ago, thankfully, Kefalonia has provided me with everything that I have ever wished for.

Villa Falcon is located at the foot of Mount Aenos, one of the ten national Parks in Greece. Surrounded by natural vegetation that consists of olive, pine and cypress trees the villa provides a breathtaking view across the Ionian Sea while relaxing in a peaceful atmosphere. Lourdas Beach and Trapazaki Beach are within a 5 minute drive and offer 2km of sandy beach, exotic palm and banana trees with tavernas and water sports.

The village of Trapezaki and its neighbouring villages provide many excellent restaurants, two of which were voted the best in Kefalonia by Trip Advisor in recent times. There are many shops, tavernas, car hire companies, historical walks and organised excursions within the vicinity of Villa Falcon. Trapezaki is located on the south coast and provides an excellent base to explore the many beauty spots in Kefalonia. There is also easy access to our capital Argostoli to enable you to spend an evening of entertainment, boutiques and designer shops or simply ‘people watch’ in the main square as you enjoy a glass of excellent local wine.

Daily excursions available, pick up point, 1.5km from villa.

Jeep safari and kayaking available.

Speed boats and licensed yacht for hire.

Local entertainment includes traditional Greek dance nights, BBQ's, occasional Beach Parties, quizzes and musical evenings.

A 15% deposit will be required to secure a booking with the balance being paid 8 weeks prior to the arrival date.

The rental deposit can be paid through PayPal or by Bank transfer.

Unless otherwise agreed, villa can not be occupied until 2pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 10am on departure day.

Changeover Day is flexible

We do not avail of the Online Booking system administered by Owners Direct and we continue to deal directly with our guests. The deposit can be paid through PayPal or by Bank Transfer to the Alpha Bank in Greece.

A 15% deposit will be required to secure a booking with the balance being paid 8 weeks prior to the arrival date.

  • Utility Room: Washing machine, iron and board. Grounds are cleaned every day and swimming pool cleaned every 2 days. Linen and towels changed twice weekly and villa cleaned twice weekly. Bins emptied regularly. A welcome pack is provided. The keyholder will meet guests on arrival and will provide a local map and full details of local facilities.
