This pretty old Chalet was the original Watermill of Viehhofen and is over 300 yrs old. The interior has been sympathetically renovated but keeping that old Austrian style about it, with all modern conveniences.

Comprising of: entrance into kitchen/dining area, shower room, large living room with feature fireplace with LCD flame effect fire. Double sofa bed, easy chairs and coffee table, desk and hanging rail in the corner. Glazed door leading onto the large South facing balcony with lovely views of this well-kept village and surrounding countryside & mountains. Master bedroom with large double bed, wardrobe, drawers, glazed door onto balcony. Bedroom 2 is compact with 2 single beds, hanging space and draw pack. Heated ski/boot room & Sauna. One private parking, gardens.

A short walk into the village centre where you will find all local amenities such as restaurants/bars, supermarket, ski hire shops, nursery slope, ski school meting place, Tourist office, Bank/ATM & ski bus stop.

I have loved skiing since school age over 50 years ago. I always loved Austria and would never of dreamed that I would be lucky enough to be able to purchase a property in this beautiful country. Prior to Austria, I owned an apartment for 5 years in the French Alps but I found the people in Austria where so much more helpful and friendly. I wouldn't swap it for anywhere else in Europe.

Viehhofen has a well-stocked supermarket, bank/ATM, tourist office,

2 x ski hire shops, 2nd mini-market at the ski school meeting place/Nursery slope. There are several good restaurants/bars in the village and several further afield on the mountain-side accessible by car subject to road conditions during the winter or you can ski to them on the way back home.

There are many 5* health Spa's in the area where you can just relax and be pampered, or simply just enjoy the wonderful fresh mountain air.   • Notes on accommodation: There is a large south facing balcony which spans the full length of the apartment with access from the main living room and the master bedroom. Lovely outdoor area to have during the Summer season. Outside: There are communal gardens for guests to sit out or for children to play, unfenced so young children must be supervised as close to a quiet no-through road. Utility Room: Washing machine on request in locked laundry in the cellar. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cleaning is charged extra, price on request, this includes duvets, pillows, bed linen. Other: There is a Sauna power shower, WC for guests use. During high season there may be some restrictions on usage, please enquire. Secure Ski/Boot/bike room in the Cellar, access from the outside via side steps.
