We have lived in Pembrokeshire for 20 years, we have 4 homes that we rent out for holidays. The other 3 are in Cresswell Quay, Llandeilo and Tenby.

When we bought Barafundle in 2011 and spent 6 months, completely renovating it and adding a new bathroom.

What a wonderful house, in a lovely position close to the town. The house is beautifully furnished, warm and cosy. Enjoyed our stay, will definitely be back.

It is a great location near the beaches and centre of town (less than 5 minutes walk away) but being on a quiet residential street it is much quieter than places in the middle of town. It also a garage and on road parking which is a real bonus as parking in Tenby can be a bit of a nightmare.

Coast/Beach:

Just 2 minutes on foot to the beach and the centre of Tenby. It is an ideal base for a lazy beach holiday or for the more energetic to explore the coastal path. North beach 100 yards, Castle and South Beach 250 yards away.

Travel:

Nearest Airport is Cardiff - 150km.

Pembroke Dock Ferry port is just 15 miles away, 4/5 hours from the channel ports.

Tenby train Station is just 200 yards away.

Car not necessary for holidays in Tenby.

Heatherton/Manor House Wildlife Park - 3 miles

Folly Farm - 5 miles

Caldey Island - just off shore, 500 yds to boat

Tenby is a beautiful coastal town with a picture perfect harbour and a wide range of shops, banks, bars and restaurants.

It is a great base to enjoy lazy days on the beach, to swim, surf or kayak. There are 2 nearby golf courses and you can walk the coastal path from Tenby.

  • Outside: Private enclosed fully walled garden with sauna, BBQ and outdoor dining area (seats 8). Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Crisp white 100% cotton bed linen and fluffy white towels (2 per person) are included. Linen is changed weekly for booking of over 7 days. Groceries can be ordered online and delivered to the door.
