Apartment in Verano Azul, Nerja, Spain - Great position to enjoy Nerja at its best, easy walking distance to the whole town & beaches
Verano Azul is a pretty cluster of Andalucian style apartments set amidst tropical gardens and flower-bedecked walkways. This top floor apartment is unique as it has lots of character and benefits from the peace and quiet of a mainly residential urbanisation. Ideally positioned within Nerja the bars and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away. The apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, washing machine etc. There is also a lovely terrace with wonderful sea and mountain views which is large enough for you to dine alfresco or simply relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the sea view. Verano Azul has 2 sizeable pools and plenty of open spaces. It is very much like a small Andalucian village rather than a sprawling modern complex.
About the Owner
Hello there. I fell in love with Nerja from the very first visit and bought this lovely apartment in 2003 as my holiday home for friends and family. The apartment has been a vacation rental since 2005. I have been a professional singer for 30 years and live in London. My career has taken me all over the world to some wonderful locations, but I still consider Nerja to be one of the most charming and I return whenever I can.

“Nerja is a very special place. Still very much a traditional working Spanish town, which hasn't suffered from the high rise development like other parts of the Costa Del Sol. It's a family friendly town and I think it's a great place to come to if you want to travel on your own too. I have always felt completely comfortable here when doing so. The town is easy to negotiate and many of our visitors return several times a year as Nerja is seasonally beautiful. Winter lets are also popular to escape the harshness of colder climates! Could go on about beaches, food, shopping festivals, golf .... instead, I'll say I think Nerja has it all.”

A 10 minute walk to the award winning Burrianna Beach.
Malaga airport is just 45 minutes by car, a good local bus service is provided too
Stunning Granada is just over an hour away, the Nerja caves 5 minutes by car, or regular bus service from outside the apartment. Malaga is less than an hour away too. Pretty village of Frigiliana only 7km away.
There are many local shops close by & restaurants close by. Bear in mind that most Sundays Supermarkets close, some of the smaller shops open in the morning. There is a mini market at Burrianna beach that opens 7 days a week

Contact by email is best to reserve your chosen dates, I will then ask for a 100GBP deposit & your passport details. I will supply my bank details for bank transfer, upon receipt I will issue you a receipt (or fracture here in Spain), the balance is due 2 months prior to your arrival.
On this we are flexible, but to get the dates you want book as soon as you can!

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Discounts available for winter stays of 4 weeks or more.
Changeover usually flexible to accommodate your flight needs. Check-in time 4pm and check-out time 10am
