A fantastic apartment.

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment. From the moment we booked, the hosts emailed and then phoned to see if there was anything we needed for our stay.

Luis ( the apartment manager) was there to welcome us on our arrival, and had even provided some fruit, egg, milk , bread etc. He was kind enough to show us around the local area, pointing out supermarkets, bus stops, the local market and places of interest, and was most helpful.

Overall the apartment was really spacious, in immaculate order, and a perfect base for us during our stay. The swimming pool was a real bonus too.

I would certainly recommend staying here.

A Luxury apartment

We stayed for 2 months at thus beautiful 3 bedroom apartment and had a memorable time. Luiz the manager was superb with his band of helpers doing the house-keeping and assisting in every way.

We are returning in January of next year for another 2 months. I have seen alternative accommodations and decided that this is the one for me.

The communal swimming pool is kept immaculately clean on a daily basis. The gated community's residents are professional and business people who I found to be friendly and helpful

Absolute gem, fantastic! A wonderful place to stay

Great communication in the lead up to and during our stay if we had any queries, which was really helpful and greatly appreciated.

From the moment we walked through the door Luis made us feel as welcome as possible. The apartment is beautiful; really comfortable, spacious and bright - a little bit of luxury!

Everything is easy to find, with a well equipped kitchen, wifi, cable tv, washing machine, and the fantastic Air con was much appreciated in the heat! There were even some groceries and fresh fruit ready for us - which were gratefully received as we'd travelled a long way!

The bedrooms were beautifully furnished, plenty of storage, lovely pillows and comfortable bedding, and the en-suite bathrooms were all nicely finished and clean. Luis gave us a tour of the local area so we could easily locate shops, banks, etc and was happy to give us advice and recommendations on where to go and what to do. The local bus stop is a very short walk away and details for taxi drivers and restaurants are easily accessible in a information booklet they have made - we found this really helpful. The beach is also nice and close.

We would definitely stay here again and cannot recommend this serene home away from home more!

A home away from home!

What a fantastic property in an amazing location. Walking distance from the Miramar beach. Close to all the essential amenities.

Very well furnished and spacious rooms. Well equipped kitchen and most importantly excellent service provided by Luis.

Will definitely come again and have already recommended the apartment to family and friends. Thank you to Rajeev, Luis and their staff for making our stay so wonderful and memorable.

A day tour to owner's own spice farm can be organised. Other tours can be arranged on request.

Coast/Beach:

5-minute stroll to the local Miramar beach. The sea-facing apartment is about a 30 minute drive from the famous Calangute–Candolim beach belt of Goa that includes Baga and Anjuna beaches.

Travel:

23 kms from Goa's Dabolim Airport. We recommended car hire for sight seeing and commutes as local transport infrastructure is not reliable. Car hire can be arranged on request.

Distances:

3 kms from Goa's capital Panjim and the town centre; 2 kms from the popular tourist spot Dona Paula; 23 kms from Goa’s Dabolim Airport; 15 kms from the nearest train station, Karmali. The apartment is centrally located for tourism at 16 kms from the popular Calangute-Candolim beach belt and 15 kms from the Old Goa churches.
