Spacious and Convenient

We had a wonderful time in this spacious unit which is well located near parks, the city and beach. We had 4 adults and 2 children in our party and all had room to live and play comfortably.

Louis is a great asset and a wonderful person. He is the local manager and will assist you any way he can. I would definitely return and would recommend it to anyone, especially families

A fantastic apartment.

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment. From the moment we booked, the hosts emailed and then phoned to see if there was anything we needed for our stay.

Luis ( the apartment manager) was there to welcome us on our arrival, and had even provided some fruit, egg, milk , bread etc. He was kind enough to show us around the local area, pointing out supermarkets, bus stops, the local market and places of interest, and was most helpful.

Overall the apartment was really spacious, in immaculate order, and a perfect base for us during our stay. The swimming pool was a real bonus too.

I would certainly recommend staying here.

A Luxury apartment

We stayed for 2 months at thus beautiful 3 bedroom apartment and had a memorable time. Luiz the manager was superb with his band of helpers doing the house-keeping and assisting in every way.

We are returning in January of next year for another 2 months. I have seen alternative accommodations and decided that this is the one for me.

The communal swimming pool is kept immaculately clean on a daily basis. The gated community's residents are professional and business people who I found to be friendly and helpful

5-minute stroll to the local Miramar beach. The sea-facing apartment is about a 30 minute drive from the famous Calangute–Candolim beach belt of Goa that includes Baga and Anjuna beaches.


23 kms from Goa's Dabolim Airport. We recommended car hire for sight seeing and commutes as local transport infrastructure is not reliable. Car hire can be arranged on request.


3 kms from Goa's capital Panjim and the town centre; 2 kms from the popular tourist spot Dona Paula; 23 kms from Goa’s Dabolim Airport; 15 kms from the nearest train station, Karmali. The apartment is centrally located for tourism at 16 kms from the popular Calangute-Candolim beach belt and 15 kms from the Old Goa churches.
