All towels and linen are included. We also provide 4 beach towels.
Our apartments are two front facing 2 bedroom/2 bathroom air-conditioned duplexes occupying two floors situated in the premier position within the very popular Mediterranean Apartment complex.
Each apartment is let separately, however the apartments are located next to each other and are therefore ideal for a larger group or two families on holiday together.
Being front line, the apartments have stunning, uninterrupted panoramic sea views. Tiled throughout and locally furnished to a high standard with every convenience, we have everything you could need for a great holiday set amongst the wonderfully landscaped gardens of the complex which incorporate 5 swimming pools.
The apartments are a few minutes walk to town.
Each apartment features two terraces one off of the Main lounge and a rooftop one.
Within each well equipped apartment there is WIFI, dishwasher, TV with DVD Player, a very large Fridge/Freezer, CD Stereo with Bluetooth connectivity and a water cooler. A safe is provided. There is A/C in bedrooms and lounge.
A welcome pack is provided on arrival.
We share ownership of 2 Apartments on the Mediterranean complex, between a Scottish Couple and a friend from Sussex. We are all working towards being able to spend a little more time in this wonderful part of Turkey!

We have been visiting Kalkan since 1990 and have taken a long time to make our purchase. The village has grown over the years but still maintains lots of it's charm. We met many people and have made some good friends during our visits. Visiting a different times of the year brings different things, during the August peak it is lively whilst earlier and later in the season it is a lot more relaxed.
We bought for the excellent front line location and the fact that they were the best of the Mediterranean Apartments. Being they are next to each other was a great advantage for 2 families. So close to town yet quiet was a major point. We personally do not hire a car for all of our stay , but hire for days as required.
The apartment will be available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12.00 noon on the day of departure. In less busy periods, it may be possible to arrive earlier or stay later, although this must be discussed and agreed in advance.
Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Bookings can be taken for less or more than a full week, when a nightly rate - based on the applicable weekly rate - will be charged. There is a supplement of £30 per week if your party consists of more than 4 people.
We have just returned from a fabulous holiday in Kalkan. P3 is a beautiful, spacious and well equipped apartment in the Meditteranean complex, close to the centre of Kalkan village and within easy walking distance of fantastic shops, restaurants and the beach. There are beautiful views over the bay and one of my favourite parts of the day was watching the boats heading out in the mornings from the comfort of my bedroom. I was with my two children and we felt very safe and secure in this complex. Muhammet was available and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to be back very soon.
