Open plan spacious living room containing large settee, 2 chairs,2 side tables and lamps. CD Stereo with USB and Bluetooth. Fully air conditioned with French doors opening on to sizeable balcony with chairs and table.
All towels and linen are included. We also provide 4 beach towels.
Our apartments are two front facing 2 bedroom/2 bathroom air-conditioned duplexes occupying two floors situated in the premier position within the very popular Mediterranean Apartment complex.
Each apartment is let separately, however the apartments are located next to each other and are therefore ideal for a larger group or two families on holiday together.
Being front line, the apartments have stunning, uninterrupted panoramic sea views. Tiled throughout and locally furnished to a high standard with every convenience, we have everything you could need for a great holiday set amongst the wonderfully landscaped gardens of the complex which incorporate 5 swimming pools.
The apartments are a few minutes walk to town.
Each apartment features two terraces one off of the Main lounge and a rooftop one.
Within each well equipped apartment there is WIFI, dishwasher, TV with DVD Player, a very large Fridge/Freezer, CD Stereo with Bluetooth connectivity and a water cooler. A safe is provided. There is A/C in bedrooms and lounge.
A welcome pack is provided on arrival.

We have been visiting Kalkan since 1990 and have taken a long time to make our purchase. The village has grown over the years but still maintains lots of it's charm. We met many people and have made some good friends during our visits. Visiting a different times of the year brings different things, during the August peak it is lively whilst earlier and later in the season it is a lot more relaxed.
What makes this apartment unique
We bought for the excellent front line location and the fact that they were the best of the Mediterranean Apartments. Being they are next to each other was a great advantage for 2 families. So close to town yet quiet was a major point. We personally do not hire a car for all of our stay , but hire for days as required.
The apartment will be available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12.00 noon on the day of departure. In less busy periods, it may be possible to arrive earlier or stay later, although this must be discussed and agreed in advance.
Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Bookings can be taken for less or more than a full week, when a nightly rate - based on the applicable weekly rate - will be charged. There is a supplement of £30 per week if your party consists of more than 4 people.

Loved our week at this apartment. Fantastic location with amazing views over the sea and harbour. We loved sitting on the extremely private room terrace with a glass of wine in the evenings watching the boats come back in from their day trips. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean with nice bright modern decor and was equiped with everything you could possibly need. HUGE fridge with large freezer was an added bonus.We found the sunbeds belonging to the aparment easily and had no problem gettting space beside the pool. Pool and garden area were very well maintained with the bin outside our door getting emptied every day. Highly recommend this apartment..

Activity and Interests
Kalkan's pebble beach is a 5 minutes stroll from the apartment and has sunbeds and parasols for hire, cafe's and restaurants nearby. From the harbour you can access several nearby beach clubs by boat. There is also Indigo beach club at the harbour. Kaputas beach is a 10 minutes drive away and the famous Patara beach, with its 18km of white sand is around 20 minutes by dolmus, you can also hire a taxi. In the harbour you can take day boat trips around the bay to explore local coastline and swim.
Airport transfers or car hire from Dalaman, our nearest airport can be easily arranged as required. Transfers take approx. 1h 30minutes. Antalya is an alternate airport with transfers of 3h to 3 h 30 minutes.
The local town of Kas is approx 25 minutes away. There is also Fethiye, another coastal town an hour away.
Situated between Kas and Fethiye, Kalkan is an idyllic small, but established town built at the foot of a mountainside leading to a pretty bay and a quaint harbour. The resort has a fantastic array of rooftop and harbour-side restaurants. Town's services include many banks and shops which are very close to the apartment. The nearest shop 2 minutes away.

- Notes on accommodation: The apartment is managed by a very efficient and friendly local team at MAPS, available at all times for help and advice. All guests will receive a welcome pack on arrival. There is also a booklet for information and activities in and around Kalkan and about the apartment itself. The air-conditioning units provide both cooling and heating. Outside: Our Roof terraces are large enough for a parasol, table and 4 chairs for alfresco dining. Truly magnificent views over the bay and harbour out to Snake and Mouse islands. The balconies from each lounge have table with 4 chairs and parasol. Also, with superb views over the sea and Kalkan town. We also provide 4 sunbeds with beach towels and a parasol for use in the beautiful landscaped gardens (with 5 pools) surrounding the apartments.
