This is a spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air con/heated system, a balcony leading off the lounge (which has limited english tv channels) area which has lovely views of the sea and the harbour of Garrucha. It boasts a 90 square metre terrace with fantastic panoramic views of the sea, Garrucha harbour, 18 hole golf course and the mountains. The terrace has sun blinds for when shade is needed and a number sun beds and tables and chairs for your comfort and a preparation area with running water. There are Blue flag beaches and well maintained gardens a short walk away.

Spacious apartment in great location

We loved this apartment. Clean and spacious and well equipped to suit most needs. The added bonus was the terrific roof terrace with views of the mountains and the sea- ideal !

Frequent buses to the lovely village with lots of great restaurants.

I would thoroughly recommend it.

Simply wonderful apartment and area of spain !

The property and facilities were modern and beautifully presented, we were so thrilled upon entering the apartment. The beds were comfy and kitchens and bathrooms modern and clean. The hand book left for guests from the owners themselves was full of valuable information of which we made full use of throughout our stay. The local villages beaches and restaurants were easily accessible, some days we simply went onto the glorious roof terrace with spectacular views for a lazy afternoon and dipped in and out of the lovely pool in the complex. This was the most relaxed holiday we have had in a very long time and would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to anyone and everyone. We can’t wait to go back.

Brilliant!

This is a fantastic, well equipped and appointed apartment. There is everything you need inside the property. The pool was further away from the apartment than expected and it didn't have a sunbathing area. A few more towels, for showering would have been helpful, as you wouldn't normally carry these if you were on a limited baggage flight and because it is so hot in Mojacar, 1 bath towel per person was not enough and we had to wash them everyday.

I would defiantly return and recommend to anyone.

We bought a property in this area because you get great weather for most of the year. The apartment is in great location which is situated just 50 metres from the sea which gives fantastic views of the sea, mountains and the harbour in the town of Garrucha.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Almeria at 60 Miles Nearest Golf : Marina Golf at 300 Metres Nearest Train : Vera Town at 15 Miles Nearest Beach : Mojacar at 50 Metres

Coast/Beach:

2-5 minutes walk to the beach, which has 2 beach bars, sun beds to hire from May through to October with foot showers. Clean blue flag area.

Travel:

1 Hour drive from Almeria Airport

1.5 Hours drive from Murcia Airport

2 Hours drive from Alicante Airport

Distances:

Short bus or drive to Mojacar Pueblo/village which has got a lot of history and breathtaking views of Mojacar. A 10-15 minute walk along the coast which will take into Garrucha town where there is a harbour with a number of restaurants. Vera town which you can get to by bus or a 20 minute drive by car. This is another very historical place which also has a Market every Saturday morning.

Further Details:

There are a number of restaurants, supermarkets, shops, banks and ATMs along the coast of Mojacar and Garrucha.

20% Deposit required to secure booking with full payment 6 weeks prior to departure. A local managing agent oversees will be available and will allocate keys. There will be a £50/€55 per person refundable security deposit paid before or on arrival which will be returned once the apartment has been inspected and no damage has been caused. If you would like groceries provided there would be a €10 charge for the service.

Arrival and departure times are flexible, depending on what other bookings have been made.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds including gas, water and electric, which will be converted into the equivalent in other currencies. The air conditioning is run on a coin meter which takes 1and 2 euro coins.
