2017 and winter bookings, fabulous retreat, stunning views, dogs welcome.

Entrance through gate and down stone steps, through the garden to Seapoint Beach House. Enter the house from the terrace in to the kitchen. Through open plan in to the living room and dining area with seating for 4. There is a day bed here for an extra person if necessary. Across from the living room is the master bedroom with double bed, dressing table and cupboards. Across from the living room, and up the corridor, a door leads to the family bathroom with white suite, bath, separate walk in shower, WC and WHB. Further down is the second bedroom which is a twin and can be made in to a double room if requested. Outside there are luscious gardens behind, lawned area and the terraced area. Access directly from the terract to the sea wall and the beach below. The parking is free parking all along the unmade road.

To book we require a 30% non refundable deposit with £25 admin fee to secure your holiday, the balance + £150 refundable breakages deposit is then due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. If booking withing 8 weeks we require the full balance.

Exquisite, beautiful island getaway on the beach

The beach house was just gorgeous - perfect positioning a few steps from the beach. Beautiful views, lovely walks and brilliant rock pooling for the kids (and adults!) Also walking distance to the pub and shops. Best of both worlds! We enjoyed going to Bembridge Lifeboat station and seeing the boat launched (thankfully for training!) and exploring the island in general. The manager, Annabel organised our last minute booking and also ferry brilliantly, we were really happy with the service received and would definitely book through her again. Cannot recommend the whole holiday more highly. A real gem of a holiday home.

Fabulous beach house

We loved staying here for a week in October.

Apart from the obvious stunning location and views you never tire of,the house has every home comfort you could want.

Very good facilities,comfy bed,great shower and efficient heating. (Had a few chilly nights in October) but nice sun most days that warmed the house up nicely.

Great to have such a good size patio and garden was perfect for our dog.

A few steps down to the great beach walks and a pub a minute walk away and a super beach cafe.

Bembridge is a lovely village with some great places to eat.

Can't recommend this accommodation or Bembridge enough.

We will definitely be back

Fantastic beach house in a brilliant location!

Had a wonderful week! The house is so beautiful and close to everything. The beach is just in front of the house. You can go for brilliant walks along the coastal path and come back via the beach. Close to the shops,farm shops and vineyards. You can totally chill out! A perfect week, we will definitely come back soon. Even the dog was depressed when we got back to London. We all miss the house and the beach.

Perfect week away

We arrived at Seapoint Beach Hut on a wet afternoon, but were welcomed with a bottle of wine and the heating on so that we immediately felt welcome and warm and cosy. Our dog settled in at once and we all loved a week of walking and eating out -and in. The Beach Hut has all you could want to enable you to relax and the owners have made the most of the space and light and it is so beautifully decorated and presented. The view from the window looking out to sea from the main bedroom is stunning and a perfect way to wake up.

Luckily for us the weather improved as the week went on so we were able to eat breakfast outside on the terrace and make the most of the ever changing views and relax on the sun loungers as we watched the tide came in. We didn't need to use the heating for the rest of the week as the sun quickly heated the rooms, and there was a continuous supply of hot water for baths or showers as needed. Although a tight squeeze, my 6'5" husband still managed to fit in the shower and small bath! There were plenty of towels ( we brought our own for the dog) and fluffy dressing gowns too.

We only watched the television for one evening, but it felt indulgent to lie down on the day bed to watch a film. Both the two small armchairs are also really comfortable too. The kitchen is well equipped and has all you need to create large meals if you want and there are supermarkets within walking distance for supplies.

The owners made us feel very welcome and often checked we had everything we needed. We have all come home feeling well rested and having enjoyed a wonderful break in a beautiful setting. Thank you.

Beautiful setting

You could not ask for a better location overlooking the sea. We had a really lovely enjoyable week at Seapoint the weather was perfect and we had everything we needed on our doorstep, the walks along the beach were wonderful. The Beach house was very clean with all the amenities required.

Thank you for providing such a lovely Beach house we returned home feeling very relaxed.

Ideal location

The location is what makes this property a lovely place to stay.

The beach hut is warm, cosy and comfortable. The kitchen well equipped, bedrooms a good size and the whole place clean and welcoming.

Good quality towels and bed linen and dressing gowns provided.

Negatives: The sun umbrella needs to be replaced. The bathroom is a bit of a squeeze, though adequate..

Directions to the property and where to collect the keys were helpful.

Delightful afternoons and evenings sitting on the terrace enjoying the views, marvelous sun/moon rises and sets.

Lovely walks and drives around the island.

We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and sunflowers. We would recommend to family and friends.

Travel:

To get to the Isle of Wight you need to take a ferry from the South of England, only 67 miles from London! Car ferries: Wightlink (Portsmouth to Fishbourne or Lymington to Yarmouth); Red Funnel (Southampton to East Cowes). Other forms of transport include Hovertravel, foot passengers only (Southsea to Ryde), Wightlink catarman, foot passengers only (Portsmouth to Ryde) and Red Jet (Southampton to Cowes). There is a small private airport at Bembridge and Sandown.

Distances:

Nearest village is Bembridge - you are in the village but on the outskirts, by the beach - Bembridge is a busy village with CO-OP, post office, cash point, deli and also coffee shop, fish monger, butcher, veg shop, good restaurants and pubs. A proper busy village.

Further Details:

Nearby is the Beach Hut which is open and sells good food and coffee taking in the beautiful view and fresh air, there are a few good restaurants in Bembridge. Supermarkets, Tesco, Saisburys and Waitrose will deliver, there is a good Co op nearby otherwise.
