Vivenda Leopardo is a beautiful villa in a small residential area. Completed in 2002 and so the attractive walled-in garden is now flourishing. Well furnished. Three balconies to catch the sun throughout the day and sunset in the evening. Lovely views to the Monchique Mountains. There is a pool fence, stair gate and play pen in lounge. There are three golf courses and many glorious beaches nearby.

Beautiful property with stunning outdoor area

Had an amazing couple of weeks here & will definitely return!

Highlight is the fabulous outdoor dining & BBQ area, perfect for dinner under the stars.

Gorgeous heated pool (which has safety fencing to keep little ones out) & lush gardens front & back.

The property is absolutely stunning, with spacious & airy living areas, & beautiful views from the huge ensuite bedroom on the upper floor.

Notes on accommodation: The rooms are spacious and stylishly furnished. The main double bedroom suite has French doors which open onto a small balcony on the north side with great views and to another covered balcony on the south side overlooking the pool. There are radiators in all the main rooms and all the bathrooms have heated towel rails. All windows have electrically controlled roller shutters. There is a pool fence, stair gate and play pen in lounge recently installed. Safe and security alarm system. A well built house it remains cool inside during the summer. Incoming telephone and Wi-Fi available. Outside: When designing the villa, special thought has been given to comfortable outdoor living. The rich blue tiled kidney shaped swimming pool is protected by the 'L' shape of the villa. It is 10m x 5m and has built-in steps at the shallow end, with a hand rail to aid the unsteady. A pool fence for child safety was recently installed. There are solar panels to heat the pool if required (at extra cost in certain months). This is boosted by an oil fired boiler if necessary. There is a pool cover on a roller to be used when the heating is connected. The garden area beyond the pool and at the front of the villa has been landscaped and planted using colourful local shrubs, climbers and fruit trees. On the pool terrace there is a built-in barbecue and covered area with tables and chairs for dining out. There is a carport for 2 small cars at the side of the villa and plenty of on street parking as well Utility Room: Laundry room with washing machine and doors to garden and pool terrace. Other: First floor room: From the hallway with its featured domed ceiling, marble stairs curve up to the first floor to the spacious main double bedroom suite; a very large room with an emperor size bed, walk-in wardrobe/dressing area and shower room.
