The Luxury Penthouse is fully furnished including linens, beach towels and bath.

The kitchen is equipped. wi-fi and TV Sat (BBC1 - ITV...etc)

Available two bikes!

The rent includes garage (1 car) and storage (store beach equipment, etc).

Final cleaning is included. Water and electricity are included in the rent.

Why MARIA chose Cartagena & Mar Menor

Isla Plana is a small town that has all kinds of shops, supermarket, hardware store, butcher, fishmonger, bakery, tobacconist, several restaurants, church, bars and a Neighbourhood Association which is a square with a bar overlooking the sea where they make festivals summer with bingo, musical groups and activities.

From the house you can stroll along the beach to the centre of town is 7 minutes walk, there is a walk on the beach going to Azohía if you like cycling, walking or jogging.

5 star penthouse apartment

We wanted a relaxing holiday and we got it. Maria was there to meet us and was an excilant host. Off road parking behind electric gates ensures your hire car is safe.

The apartment is as described, perfect. South facing with panaramic views of the bay.

The pool was a nice size, all the out door Chairs and beds were high quality.

The bed rooms were a little warm at night there was fans. But we coped ok only 31 degrees in August in the day when we were there.

There are all the facilities in village 5 min walk. Bakery food shop, fresh butcher restrants cafes etc . There is a large Lidl food shop 4 miles away (not like ours, it was top quality) located in the next bay with a good Chinese next door to it. That bay also had jet skis sea inflatables, worth a day there if you have children. A car is recommended but not essential.

The beach is 1 min walk to a pebble beach but as you step into the sea it is sand shallow warm and safe. It was helpful we could borrow the sun umbrellas and chairs. Sea was crystal clear

There was no safe in the apartment but the high walls, gate and electric gate for the car makes the property very safe. The penthouse is also protected by a electric shutter door. So child safe at all times if you didn't want children to go down the steps to the pool.

We would go back.

Absolutely amazing

What a wonderful holiday! Maria is a lovely lady who helped us when we needed help to book taxis ect. Property was clean, tidy and perfect in every way! A few steps away from the beach, and a short walk to the local town. Very quiet area. Had a wonderful week, definitely worth the visit!

relaxation at its best

The penthouse was beautiful. Every need was met. Maria is wonderful and very helpful. The views of the sea were breathtaking and the sounds of the waves are heard from your bedroom. A walk across the road leads you to the most beautiful beach. Clean, clear water, with beach bars dotted along. Walking to the local supermarket and restaurants took 10 minutes along the beach. My favourite restaurant was La Chara. Food was amazing. We miss it so much we have rebooked for June 17. Thank you Maria. We will see you in June :)
