This property is truly perfect for a family holiday in one of Cornwall's most popular locations. This comfortable, modern, well equipped house is newly decorated with a cottage type feel to it, creating the perfect environment for a luxury getaway.

It's central location, means that all Newquay's amenities (bars, restaurants, shops and transport) are just a short walk from the property. Likewise many of Newquay's famous beaches and attractions (water park, zoo, boating lake, aquarium, horse riding, fishing, surfing and many more) are also within walking distance, perfect for a stress free family holiday, leaving the car at home.

This spacious house is well designed, with large doors leading from the kitchen/dining area out to the patio, perfect for inside/outside living and dining. The patio looks over the well kept lawned garden, ideal for watching the children play.

Newquay is also a great central base for exploring Cornwall's many other attractions and amazing coastlines.

Perfect family break!

We had a brilliant week with our three children in this lovely,spacious property. The ground floor is open plan,which we found perfect with the children. The whole house has a light,spacious feel about it. It's clean, tidy and we loved the decor. The children loved the tree house in the garden! The location is perfect,Tolcarne beach, restaurants, shops, amusement arcades and inflatables park are all just a few minutes walk away. The owners of this property were really,really lovely, friendly and thoughtful too! They even called mid-week to check we were warm enough in the evenings :) We absolutely loved our week here,didn't want to leave! We would highly recommend this property :)

Very homely cottage in a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cottage. We felt at home straight away. Very clean and organised cottage, it was lovely to be met by the owners when we arrived. A great location, loads of beaches near by. I hope to come back again soon.

What a fantastic place to stay for a holiday in Newquay! All the creature comforts, amazing kitchen/diner, idyllic back garden and excellent location for beach and places to eat + town centre close by but not too close. Thanks for putting a great property up for a holiday home. We couldn't have asked for anything better and think the price was spot on as well. 5 Stars easy-peasy!

Terry's Family Holiday

We stayed in Clive's property for a week and had a great holiday. Clive met us on arrival and showed us round the property, it was exactly as described in the Owners Direct listing and had everything we needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anybody.

My wife and I and my daughter, her husband and 18 month old son were accommodated in two large double bedrooms and our son joined us midweek and used the large single bedroom. A cot and highchair were provided.

The Living Room, Dining and Kitchen area is open plan and had plenty of room for us. The property was clean and well maintained.

The garden was nicely kept with a gas barbecue provided and a small tree house.

The property is ideally situated about 100 yards from the seafront in the middle of Newquay and the nearest Tesco Express is about 150 yards.

During our holiday we enjoyed trips out to St Ives, Padstow and St Michaels Mount near Penzance. We found that the best beaches for toddlers were at Porth and Fistral. A little further afield there are super beaches at Crantock and Hollywell.

We had some nice meals during our holiday but particularly liked Butchers Bistro, Newquay Meadery, and the Fort which has a large outside area overlooking Newquay and also has an indoor play area for toddlers.

A booking deposit of £200 is requested at time of booking in order to secure your booking. Full payment is then requested 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. The £200 booking deposit is then kept as a security deposit, and returned to you within 3 working days from the end of your holiday.
Payments can be made by bank transfer or by cheque.

Changeover Day:
Change over day is Saturday.

Arrival time is from 3pm onwards and we ask guests to leave by 10am on the day of departure.

Notes on accommodation: Newly decorated with cosy/cottage style decor. Outside: The kitchen/dining room has large double doors, leading out onto a pretty patio area at the rear of the house. The patio is equipped with table and chairs and looks out over the private, enclosed garden, which has a large lawned area. There is a gas BBQ and plenty of deckchairs for you to relax in. Outside there is storage for sports equipment (surfboards, fishing rods etc). There is also a washing line for clothes and wetsuits. The property has a driveway for two cars. There is parking on the road, if you had a third car or your third car could always be parked across the front of the driveway if necessary. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All Bed linen and towels are included and beds will be made up ready for your arrival. For guests staying longer than one week, bed linen and towels will be changed weekly. Beach/swimming towels are not provided. Other: The dining room is an open plan room adjoining the kitchen, and is also a relaxing bright space, with patio doors leading out to the garden. There is a large farmhouse style dining room table in the centre, which seats 6 comfortably.
