Luxury 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Apartment, 50 Metres From the Seafront

Ciel Bleu Meyerbeer is a recently renovated luxury 80 square metre, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment.

It is situated in the heart of the exclusive Carre D’Or (Golden Square) area just 50 metres from the seafront and the Promenade des Anglais and 10 minutes walk from the train station.

All the main tourist sites are within a short walk and there are countless restaurants and café’s on the doorstep as well as a small Carrefour supermarket just 50 metres away.

The apartment has a large open plan living room with American style open plan kitchen.

The living area has a large L-shaped sofa, comfortable armchair, coffee table, flat screen TV with Apple TV and Netflix and access to the balcony. There is also high speed unlimited Wi-Fi broadband (40MB).

The small balcony has a table and chairs for two people and a partial sea-view.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer,

There are two large double bedrooms and a twin-bedroom.

The largest double bedroom has a King Size double bed (160x200), wardrobe, dresser, and en-suite shower room.

The second double bedroom has a King Size double bed (160x200) and wardrobe.

The twin bedroom has 2 single beds (80x190) and a chest of drawers.

The main bathroom has a large walk-in rain shower, WC and sink and luxurious limestone tiles.

The smaller en-suite bathroom similarly has a walk-in rain shower, WC and sink and luxurious limestone tiles.

The apartment has full reversible air-conditioning with separately controlled units in each of the bedrooms and the living room. There is Oak parquet flooring and 3 metre high ceilings throughout.

The layout of the apartment with a central corridor between the bedrooms and living area makes the accommodation feel very spacious and the high ceilings and large windows provide an abundance of natural light.

Please be aware that the apartment is situated on the third floor of the building and there isn't a lift. The stairs are wide and not at all steep but we do appreciate that it may mean the apartment is unsuitable for some guests who require very easy access.

Note that our apartment manager meets all of our guests on arrival and will be able to help with luggage if required.

The apartment is situated less than 50 metres from the sea in the exclusive Carre d'Or area. The location provides the perfect base to explore the best that Nice has to offer and with the train station just 10 minutes walk it is ideal for trips further afield throughout the Cote d'Azur

As well as the unbeatable location and the highest quality fixtures and fittings the thing that really makes this apartment stand out is the wonderful feeling of space due to the high ceilings and excellent layout.

Lovey apartment, great location and host

Almost the best thing about the apartment was not the apartment itself but rather Mike the owner. From my initial enquiry he was prompt and very easy to deal with which made the booking process stress-free.

The apartment is in a great location - 2 mins from the beach, 15 mins walk to the Old town, 15 mins walk to the train station and in the heart of an area which has lots of restaurants to choose from with a supermarket across the road and bakeries nearby.

When we arrived about 9pm on a Friday night the restaurants were quite noisy and I was concerned the apartment would be noisy but as it was a couple of storeys above the street, it was remarkably quiet in the apartment. The main bedroom faces onto the street but it has double-glazing. I am very fussy about noise but I would stay in this apartment again but very light sleepers might prefer the two bedrooms at the back.

First rate apartment

The apartment was perfectly situated for all that Nice has to offer. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and excellent restaurants literally on the doorstep. The little balcony provided many happy hours of people watching and was also sunny for most of the day. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and very well equipped. We will definitely be returning to sample more of the treasures of Nice.

Fantastic location

Very clean very safe apartment, don't really need air conditioning at night but is available in every room, kitchen well stocked with pots and pans if you want to cook. Restaurants every where down stairs, every type of cuisine. pebble Beach very short walk.

Only criticism is the water pressure in the showers not very good when both bathroom in use, not sure if this is true of Nice in general.

Great apartment, great location

We really enjoyed our stay at Ciel Bleu! The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was also really perfect. Walking distance to the trains, beach, and city center. I'd highly recommend staying at Ciel Bleu!

Our family spent a glorious week at the apartment to celebrate our Son's 21st Birthday and attend the Monaco Grand Prix. Weather was beautiful, if a little breezy at times and the location of the apartment was perfect for the beach, the station and local shops and restaurants - enough to keep all three generations happy! Beautifully clean and spacious, with Mike and Diana both extremely helpful - both online and in person. We hope to be back.

Excellent apartment - could not be better

We spent a wonderful 5 nights here, having previously stayed at another of Mike's apartments in Nice last year. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, light and airy. The street below is a bit noisy but that's to be expected and if you close the shutters and double glazed windows at night it's perfectly quiet enough (we forgot the shutters on night 1 and paid the price!).

The apartment is in a perfect location and easy to walk to the sea, the old town, the station and all other amenities. The small supermarket is just yards away!

We went on the train up to Monaco a couple of times (less than 8Euros return) and so easy to book and travel.

The balcony area is very small (only 2 people at a time) but with the beach just yards away you hardly need to use it.

Thank you again for a wonderful stay. We are sure to return very soon.

Payment is made by bank transfer in EUR.
For bookings made within 8 weeks the full amount will be payable to secure the reservation.
A €400 security deposit (or £ equivalent) is payable on arrival. This is returned on departure.


Check-in time is 3pm-6pm. Check-out is between 10am and midday.
We can provide a late check-in but an additional fee is payable. For check-in between 6pm and 9pm the amount is 30 Euro, for check-in after 9pm the amount is 50 Euro
