Luxury 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Apartment, 50 Metres From the Seafront

Ciel Bleu Meyerbeer is a recently renovated 80 square metre, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment.

The apartment is situated in the heart of the exclusive Carre D’Or (Golden Square) area just 50 metres from the seafront and the Promenade des Anglais and 10 minutes walk from the train station.

All the main tourist sites are within a short walk and there are countless restaurants and café’s on the doorstep as well as a small Carrefour supermarket just 50 metres away.

The apartment has a large open plan living room with American style open plan kitchen.

In the living room there is a large L-shaped sofa, comfortable armchair, coffee table, flat screen TV with Apple TV and Netflix. There is also high speed unlimited Wi-Fi broadband (40MB).

There is a small balcony accessed from the living room which has a table and chairs for two people and a partial sea-view.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer. There is a large dining table which seats 6 adults.

There are two large double bedrooms and a twin-bedroom.

The largest double bedroom has a King Size double bed (160x200), wardrobe, dresser, and en-suite shower room and the second double bedroom has a King Size double bed (160x200) and wardrobe.

The twin bedroom has 2 single beds (80x190) and a chest of drawers.

The main bathroom has a large walk-in rain shower, WC and sink and limestone tiles. The smaller en-suite bathroom similarly has a walk-in rain shower, WC and sink and limestone tiles.

There is full reversible air-conditioning with separately controlled units in each of the bedrooms and the living room.

Additionally the apartment has oak parquet flooring and 3 metre high ceilings throughout.

The layout of the apartment with a central corridor between the bedrooms and living area makes the accommodation feel very spacious and the high ceilings and large windows provide an abundance of natural light.

Please be aware that the apartment is situated on the third floor of the building and there isn't a lift. The stairs are wide and not at all steep but we do appreciate that it may mean the apartment is unsuitable for some guests who require very easy access.

Note that our apartment manager meets all of our guests on arrival and will be able to help with luggage if required.

Lovely relaxing apartment in great location

The apartment is very light and is lovely to come home to after a day of sightseeing. The lounge / kitchen area is comfortable and relaxing. You can see the sea from the balcony although we didn't sit out as it is quite small.

The main bedroom at the front is spacious and with a good size en suite. It has double glazing so cuts out most (but not all) street noise.

Mike arranged for us to check in early which was great and the person who showed us round was very helpful.

There is a small Carre-Four supermarket opposite with is very handy and not over priced.

All the windows (apart from the main bedroom) are single glazed and the shutters don't work so street noise does permeate. There is no door to the sitting area to help shut out the noise but this is only a problem for the small bedroom which is opposite the lounge. This bedroom has 2 small beds so only really suitable for children.

The pizza place downstairs is great if you don't want to walk far for food.

I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone apart from light sleepers or people who have difficulty with stairs (so probably younger people!)

Very nice apartment spotlessly clean. Surprisingly quiet for being in town.

Lots of helpful information from Mike.

Easy to walk to the station to get a train to Cannes or Monaco.

Small supermarket opposite for groceries.

Lots of nice restaurants in the area.

perfect location!

This was our first experience with any type of accommodation other than a hotel. We were a bit nervous but on arrival all fears were gone. The apartment could not be in a better place, perfect walking distance to anyplace you could need or want. The apartment was very comfortable and a good size for our family (there are 6 of us). It was perfectly maintained and spotless. Would not hesitate to recommend this gem and would love to stay again if we get the chance to come back to Nice.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Highlights were enjoying the view of the sea from the balcony in the midday sun, the excellent live music from the jazz bar below (yet not hearing the noise from inside) and the plentiful hot water in the showers at all times of day. Further nice touches included beach mats and a beach ball for guests use in the apartment and a very well stocked kitchen. We’ll be back.

For bookings made well in advance a 25% deposit is payable to secure the reservation with the balance due 45 days before the start of your holiday.
Payment is made by bank transfer in EUR.
For bookings made within 8 weeks the full amount will be payable to secure the reservation.
A €400 security deposit (or £ equivalent) is payable on arrival. This is returned on departure.

Check-in time is 3pm-6pm. Check-out is between 10am and midday.
We can provide a late check-in but an additional fee is payable. For check-in between 6pm and 9pm the amount is 30 Euro, for check-in after 9pm the amount is 40 Euro

Notes on prices:
We have a 4 night minimum stay. Dependant on availability we may consider shorter stays but the daily price will be higher.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
