Luxury 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Apartment, 50 Metres From the Seafront

Ciel Bleu Meyerbeer is a recently renovated 80 square metre, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment.

The apartment is situated in the heart of the exclusive Carre D’Or (Golden Square) area just 50 metres from the seafront and the Promenade des Anglais and 10 minutes walk from the train station.

All the main tourist sites are within a short walk and there are countless restaurants and café’s on the doorstep as well as a small Carrefour supermarket just 50 metres away.

The apartment has a large open plan living room with American style open plan kitchen.

In the living room there is a large L-shaped sofa, comfortable armchair, coffee table, flat screen TV with Apple TV and Netflix. There is also high speed unlimited Wi-Fi broadband (40MB).

There is a small balcony accessed from the living room which has a table and chairs for two people and a partial sea-view.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer. There is a large dining table which seats 6 adults.

There are two large double bedrooms and a twin-bedroom.

The largest double bedroom has a King Size double bed (160x200), wardrobe, dresser, and en-suite shower room and the second double bedroom has a King Size double bed (160x200) and wardrobe.

The twin bedroom has 2 single beds (80x190) and a chest of drawers.

The main bathroom has a large walk-in rain shower, WC and sink and limestone tiles. The smaller en-suite bathroom similarly has a walk-in rain shower, WC and sink and limestone tiles.

There is full reversible air-conditioning with separately controlled units in each of the bedrooms and the living room.

Additionally the apartment has oak parquet flooring and 3 metre high ceilings throughout.

The layout of the apartment with a central corridor between the bedrooms and living area makes the accommodation feel very spacious and the high ceilings and large windows provide an abundance of natural light.

Please be aware that the apartment is situated on the third floor of the building and there isn't a lift. The stairs are wide and not at all steep but we do appreciate that it may mean the apartment is unsuitable for some guests who require very easy access.

Note that our apartment manager meets all of our guests on arrival and will be able to help with luggage if required.

Excellent choice in Nice for a family of 6

All dealings with the owner, Mike, and his staff were great including checking in and out which is done in person - friendly, helpful and punctual.

Mike's apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. It is nicely decorated, well equipped and perfectly located. There is a washing machine but no dryer - although there is a rack to hang clothes for drying.

The Promenade des Anglais and the beach are a short walk away and there are lots of shops, bars and restaurants in the area. We were able to walk everywhere (beach, old town, port, chateau, etc) including from the train station with our luggage on the day of arrival. Also walked to the train station for day trips to Monaco and Ventimiglia (Italy; for the Friday market).

The apartment is located on a busy street but street noise was not a problem at all - as it is located 3 floors above the street and closing the windows eliminated any noise. Note there is no elevator/lift so you have to be able to walk up the stairs.

Note that beach towels are not provided although there are a few beach mats and pads that are useful as the beach is pebbly. So bring your own beach towels or you can buy them at the shop down the street towards the beach (for 10-25 Euros per towel depending on quality).

Overall we were extremely happy with the apartment and the location was fantastic. It was great sitting out on the little balcony (room for 2 people) sipping wine, watching the ocean and the street below. Highly recommended.

Welcoming, cosy, fantastic location

Very much enjoyed our time in this lovely apartment in Rue Mayerbeer. Location was perfect for the beach, restaurants, shops, train station and baggage drop if required.

Will definitely recommend to family and friends. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful Apartment Walking distance to Cote D'Azur!

We loved this spacious apartment with balcony overlooking a quaint little french street in Nice. When we imagined our stay in Nice, this apartment fit the bill perfectly. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evening, listening to the french music being played at the restaurant below, it was lovely. It was never too loud because when it came time to sleep, once the windows were closed, all sound became nonexistent. This apartment was clean and updated and had every amenity we needed. The only issue that presented was a small leak in the air conditioner in one of the bedrooms and it was fixed 10 minutes after we placed the call to the owner. Now thats service! THIS IS AN EXCEPTIONAL PROPERTY! I can't tell you what an amazing location it is, we walked to the beach daily, if we weren't out seeing the sites. We walked to the Flower Market and to Old Town Nice as well. And before I forget...there is a view of the ocean from the balcony...always there to remind you that you are on the French Riviera. I doesn't get much better than that!

Great apartment

Excellent location, with all the restaurant and markets with walking distance. Quiet in the night. Only a minute away from the beach and enjoy the sun and scene from balcony.

Very comfortable, modern and well equipped. Great location

The apartment is very well equipped and the look and feel of it is quite comfortable. The location is excellent. Close to shops and down town.

The only thing to note is the 60 stairs. Makes the view nice, but need to be mindful in case you have concerns about steps.

Fantastic apartment

Our family of 5 thought this apartment was perfect. It's beautiful, modern, looks like it was recently remodeled, spotless and the owners really seem to take pride in it AND it's large. It has 2 recently remodeled bathrooms, which was very nice and both had good water pressure and we never ran out of hot water. The kitchen is large and well stocked with new appliances, although we didn't really cook. The location is perfect. We felt very safe and just around the corner is Rue de France - the main shopping strip in Nice and a block away is the boardwalk and the ocean. The ACB staff was extremely helpful and provided directions from the train station (definitely walking distance) and also phone numbers for a taxi to the airport at 5:00 am. We would stay here again and highly recommend it!

For bookings made well in advance a 25% deposit is payable to secure the reservation with the balance due 45 days before the start of your holiday.
Payment is made by bank transfer in EUR.
For bookings made within 8 weeks the full amount will be payable to secure the reservation.
A €400 security deposit (or £ equivalent) is payable on arrival. This is returned on departure.


Check-in time is 3pm-6pm. Check-out is between 10am and midday.
We can provide a late check-in but an additional fee is payable. For check-in between 6pm and 9pm the amount is 30 Euro, for check-in after 9pm the amount is 40 Euro

We have a 4 night minimum stay. Dependant on availability we may consider shorter stays but the daily price will be higher.
