Gorgeous & secluded large infinity pool overlooking bay of Cannes, apartment is located in a peaceful private road, 40 mins from Nice and easy access to Cannes, Antibes, Theoule, Mandelieu and Valmasque

Lovely air conditioned two bedroom apartment both with ensuite with large balcony for al fresco dining and relaxing. Decorated, furnished and maintained to a high standard. There is a modern kitchen which is fully equipped for all your catering needs, wi fi internet facility. Secluded rooftop terrace boasts a wonderful and large infinity pool with shallow end and separate young childrens pool together with a fitness studio, pay sauna and sun beds. The views from the pool are spectacular. Please note that the pool area is unsuitable for guests with restricted mobility. The apartment is a secure second floor residence with code access and lifts to both apartment and pool terrace and the building and communal areas are maintained to a high standard and is situated in a private road. There is an allocated parking space. The apartment is located on the edge of the Valmasque National Park which has numerous walking, running, cycle tracks or just enjoy a picnic around the natural pond. Within walking distance there is a kids eco park and also an auto track with bikes and go carts for hire. Aqualand is a 15 minute drive away towards Antibes. Golfers have a variety of close local courses to play .

"Luxury apartment with great views and pool"

This apartment was very comfortable and clean, everything you could wish for. The pool area was beautiful as were the grounds all maintained to a very high standard.



You do need a car, however the apartment is well positioned and just a short drive to many coastal resorts and lovely beaches in Cannes, and Antibes.

Well equipe apartment

The apartment was very comfortable and well equiped for all our needs. We used the guidebooks and enjoyed cooking for ourselves and eating our meals on the spacious balcony admiring the views. We will be back again next year.

Great location for the South of France

We had a great holiday in Mougins and the apartment was in an ideal location for visiting Cannes Nice Antibes and Theoule. The pool was spectacular and was a great place to chill out after our days exploring.

Our memorable stay at Cannes Etoile

We enjoyed a delightful stay at this beautifully appointed and furnished property. It was spotlessly clean and well maintained including all communal areas and particularly the stunning infinity pool on the roof with incredible views towards Cannes and beyond. There was a wide selection of books, maps, DVDs and in depth information and directions of local places of interest. The kitchen was fully stocked with all culinary needs and beds extremely comfortable. The owners have taken into account every possible need of the client. We made several memorable excursions, namely: the little train ride with commentary up to the castle in Nice giving incredible views over Nice: a delightful day trip to Theoul: the stunning coastal walk round Antibes: exploring Cannes by day and night and finding Bobo Bistro - a great place to eat with gourmet food on the menu. We had a wonderful time. Thank you.l

Best of both worlds!!!!

This apartment and pool were beyond our expectations and provided the perfect contrast to the hustle and bustle of Cannes centre!!

The apartment had everything you could wish for, a balcony with perfect views of the bay and a cool interior, perfect after a day in the sun. The pool was amazing, spotlessly clean, wonderful views and almost like your own private pool.

The owners provided contact details, full info pack and were a pleasure to deal with.

Very relaxing

Very nice apartment in well kept block with an amazing roof top pool and stunning views. Never hone very friendly and helpful, despite Us not speaking French. But of a trek down to Cannes through some very windy roads so car essential...I would definitely consider returning

Nearest Airport : Nice at 20 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Golfe Juan / Cannes at 10 Kilometres Car: necessary

Coast/Beach:

The apartment is short drive to several beautiful resorts. Antibes and Cannes 25 minutes. You will find marinas, beaches, and promenades, together with boutiques and exclusive designer shops. Old Cannes has cobbled streets and a covered market or take a boat to St Tropez, Monte Carlo or the nearer Lerin islands from the old port. Both Nice and Mandelieu are about 40 mins drive away and the small coastal town of Theoule is also well worth visiting.

Travel:

The apartment is easy to get to by car train or plane. However once you are there it is essential to have a car as the apartment is located in the hills above Cannes. The nearest airport is Nice which is now frequented by low cost airlines such as Easyjet. There are a wide range of car rental companies at the airport, and taxis are available but are pricey from the airport.

The nearest rail stations are either Golfe Juan or Cannes.

Distances:

A 10 minute drive away is Vallauris the nearest village and shops .The main street is semi pedestrianised and there is the Picasso museum and pottery workshop as well as cafes restaurants and pottery and art shops.

Mougins, 15kms - is an ancient hill top village- full of antiques shops and art galleries plus wonderful restaurants

Le Cannet Old Town– 8kms has several very good restaurants

Eco parc 15 min walk from apartment has a small scale exhibition and park area for children

Further Details:

The culinary delights of Provence are world famous and there are restaurants and bistros to suit every taste and pocket... eat at the local villages of Vallauris or Le Cannet or go further a field to Mougins, Cannes, or Golfe Juan. Alternatively, there are all the cooking facilities you will require at the apartment so if you want to stay in there are two good supermarkets in Vallauris or alternatively Carrefour superstore is about 20 minutes drive away.

At Cap Trois Mille near Nice airport , is a large modern shopping Mall where you will find many shops and boutiques including the famous department store Galleries Lafayette.

Close by is the Valmasque National Park which has numerous walking, running , cycle and bridle ways. It is a popular place for a picnic.

Marineland in Antibes is a great day out for all the family

The glamorous Cote D' Azur has been one of the most popular holiday destinations in the world for many years, with an exceptional contrast of terrain from the Alps to the north of the region down to the beautiful beaches on the coast. It is perfect for exploration by car, bike or on foot, but provides relaxation for sun lovers content to enjoy the sea and sand.

Culturally the region has much to offer, from the historic hill top villages to the artistic legacy of Picasso , Ceza and others.

Further afield a drive to the hill villages of Biot and Mougins, and the perfume capital at Grasse should form part of your holiday. Guided tours of the perfume factories are available in the town.

Nice is not to be missed, with its museums, parks and the famous promenade des anglais. The open market is worth a trip especially on a Sunday morning to see the flowers and food on offer.

Notes on prices:
Minimum stay of 7 nights but if additional days are required these are calculated on a pro rata basis.

Surrounding the apartment block and pool area there are attractive and well maintained plant borders .
