There is a large table and chairs, parasol, and sun loungers. It is ideal for enjoying the sunshine through the day and evening and is terrific for al-fresco dining.

Lovely apartment

My husband, two children (5 and 2 years old) just returned from an 11 night stay at the apartment. We had a fantastic time.

The apartment is clean and spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a large ground floor terrace and garden which was perfect for our children.

The pool is huge and well kept, well spaced sun loungers and pretty umbrellas (we saw a couple of pool while we were there that were half the size and they'd packed the loungers in). It really was a great pool. Flip flop bar serves food, drink and the all important mid-afternoon ice lollies for the kids!

It's the perfect base to explore the local area, we visited the safari zoo, aqualand, a small aquarium at a nearby beach, Cala d'or with its great restaurants and many more places. Cala egos beach is about a 2/3 min walk away, it's very small and of course in summer is very busy but was still lots of fun for everyone. There are plenty of other beaches that are bigger that are a short drive away. Cala egos town is 3/4 minute walk away with plenty of restaurants and the all important eroski supermarket that had everything we needed. It also had pop up market stalls on a Thursday evening which should various handmade items which was lovely.

I would highly recommend this place, Amanda the owner is very quick to reply to emails and helpful. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!

Highly recommended! A wonderful stay.

This was our second successive stay in this wonderful, comfortable appartment. A great location with beaches, bars and restaurants only a 5 minute walk away. Or for those wanting to say close by, access to a huge shared pool (with the friendly Flipflop Bar happy to serve food and drinks throughout the day). Cala D'or, with it's stunning marina is only a short walk or taxi ride away too. The appartment is on the ground floor with a large patio and access to a garden area. 2 bathrooms mean there is never any queues. Bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space. An extremely sought after location to spend your holiday. Hope to come back soon.

Cala d'or

We couldn't of been happier with our choice of holiday apartment, the position is ideal for exploring the east of the island from the caves to the north of cala dor to the beautiful coved beaches at the Mondrago nature park a few kilometres to the south, the apartment itself is within a secure gated community in cala egos with restaurants and bars close by or a short taxi ride (or road train) into cala d'or itself, the apartment is beautifully decorated and with one family bathroom and one shower/toilet room there was no queuing when getting ready to go out! The bedrooms provide plenty of storage for clothes and the beds are comfortable, the apartment is ground floor and has a large patio and private garden area surrounded by a low wall which was ideal for the kids to run around on (3&5) whilst we relaxed on the sun loungers, then there's the pool... Compared to other places we've stayed the pool is huge with sun beds all around giving everyone plenty of space (look on google earth you'll see it's easily the largest pool compared to all the other complexes in the area) it also has an island in the middle reached by a bridge which serves snacks and drinks during the day.

We would happily stay here again and have recommended it to friends and family also.

There are 2 sandy cove sheltered beaches within 5 minutes walk. With further beaches in Cal d' Or and the fabulous Mondrago beach situated in the Mallorcan National Park a 10 minute car ride.


The property is a 45 minute drive from Palma airport on pleasant quiet roads. Car hire and taxis are readily available at the airport or Resorthoppa can be booked to the apartment.


The family resort of Cala Egos with its restaurants,bars and shops is a 5 minute walk. Cala d'Or marina with its great restaurants, bars and stunning views is a 12 minute stroll, whilst Cala d'Or centre offers a further wide variety of restaurants, bars, entertainment and shops to suit all ages and tastes.

The beautiful fishing village of Porto Petro is also nearby and offers restaurants, bars and shops with a true Spanish feel.

The balance is due 10 weeks prior to your stay, if payment is not received by the due date you will be deemed to have cancelled your stay. Bookings within 10 weeks of arrival date will require payment in full. There is also a £200 refundable damage deposit for major breakages.
