Quiet central 2 bedroom apartment, very well located, within easy walking distance to the beach and Vilamoura marina, where you can find excellent restaurants and bares and great night life as well as shops of all types. There are activities for all tastes in the area; excellent golden sandy beaches, many famous golf courses, water parks, and all types of sports in general as well as great shopping. Casino and several discos are also nearby. There are also plenty of sightseeing tours available including cruises of the beautiful Algarve coast.

We bought this property in 2002.

Why this location?

We bought this property as an investment because of it´s excellent location. It is a comfortable apartment, well located; near enough to the center and beaches but yet in a very quiet location. It is very easy to get to any place you need; Quarteira, with it´s charming market and beaches is just a few minutes walk as is Vilamoura marina, with it's great restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife and fun for all tastes.

What makes this apartment unique

Great location whether you wish to play golf, enjoy the beach or just rest.

Notes:
Outside: Apartment has nice balcony with table and chairs. There is an excellent swimming pool available with plenty of green space for relaxing and sun bathing. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen and bathroom towels are included and changed once a week. Cleaning is also included once per week but if extra cleaning is required, it can be arranged with an extra cost of 8 Euros per hour.

Great Holiday...would definitely come back.

Lovely ( not to mention super clean and tidy) 2 bedroom apartment with great pools for our boys and all tucked away in a quiet location but within such easy walking distance of both the Marina and the beautiful Falesia Beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return again in the future.

Great apartment - great location

We rented a second floor apartment at Rua de Volta dos Jacarandas in the first week of June 2016 from its owner, Celissia.

The apartment is not located in Vilamoura Town Centre, but it's a modest walk to Vilamoura Marina and Beach (2km) and Falesia Beach (1.5km). There is ample parking at the apartment complex.

The apartment itself is well equipped. There's a kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. We also found buckets and spades in the utility room, which was great for our three young children.

The living room is spacious, with air conditioning, fold-out couch and a balcony to enjoy the evening sunshine.

The two bedrooms consist of:

o One double bedroom with ensuite shower and air conditioning

o One bedroom with twin beds that can be pushed together

There's a bathroom in the corridor with a bath, shower head and bidet.

WiFi is available for free in the apartment (it is a dongle).

One of the best selling points of the complex are the swimming pools.

There is a children's splash pool (0.7m/2 foot deep). Alongside is an excellent full-size pool that has a proper shallow end and deep end.

Parental supervision is required as the pool is about 2.3 metres/7.5 foot deep.

The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac (dead end), so traffic or noise is not a problem. The soundproofing in the apartment is excellent... You won't hear your neighbours unless they are making a lot of noise :)

We thought the apartment was great value at €500 for nine nights.

External Facilities:

o Supermarket and Petrol Station at 800 metres

o BurgerKing and sitdown restaurants at 800 metres

o Vilamoura marina and beach at 2km

o Falesia Beach at 1.5km

A lovely apartment with everything you need. Great location, a short walk from Marina and small supermarket about 10 minute walk away. Celissia was very helpful and organised my transfers too, I would recommend and would stay again. Thanks.

Fantastic Apartment

Beautiful apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Apartment was immaculate when we arrived and was cleaned after the first week. really quite complex and only a short walk to the beach and marina . Pool was amazing and very private. gated which was great with two very young children. Celissia was fantastic to deal with and so helpful. Couldn't recommend her or her property enough. will definitely be revisiting again
