Located only one junction from Marbella old town, this quality two-bed apartment is the ideal location for a sun or golfing holiday. Includes fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dish-washer and tumble dryer. Full range of crockery, saucepans and cutlery. Air conditioning/ heating throughout and heated floor to bathroom. Garage parking below accessed by zapper through private gate. Includes Smart TV with DVD, stereo system for iPhones etc., and broadband internet. Linen and towels provided and cleaning included. Magnificent community pool in beautiful landscaped garden, with sun-loungers and toilet block adjacent. Pool is shared by only twelve apartments. Golf clubhouse and excellent driving range are only two minutes away. The clubhouse contains excellent café/bar which serves lunches / snacks and a full restaurant. There are tennis and paddle courts, operated by the golf club, only a five minute walk down by the eleventh green.

About Mark Deane

I have owned the apartment in Rio Real for about 12 years, and have enjoyed many happy weeks there with my family. I am now retired and spend about three months of the year there. The apartment is therefore available to be used for the remainder of the year.

Marbella is a fantastic location for both sun and golfing holidays / weekend breaks, for fine dining, beach bars and night life generally. The weather is amazing all year round. Access from the UK is easy , thanks to the regularity and variety of flights to Malaga airport ,which is only 40 minutes away

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is in a quiet residential area, away from the bustle of the beaches and town. But it is only minutes away from all activities. Being located on the prestigious Rio Real golf course is an amazing advantage.

Notes on accommodation: A welcome pack is provided with essential foods and some local wine! Outside: Large and well maintained gardens to front and rear. Large shared community pool complete with ample sunbeds and spotlessly clean toilet block. The pool is cleaned daily. Apartment has its own sun shades for use with the sunbeds. The pool is only used by twelve other apartments and there are always ample sunbeds available. The pool is illuminated and swimming on summer nights is beautiful. The underground garage is accessed via a private gate on the road. There are ample secure spaces. Utility Room: Outside balcony off kitchen with washing line and waste bins. Steam iron and ironing board available. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Comprehensive towels and linen are provided, and changed on a weekly basis. The apartment will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, and a maid service is available at any time, subject to additional cost. Other: Large balcony overlooking swimming pool and golf course, with patio doors leading from lounge and bedroom one. Dining table for six, two comfortable sofas and planting. This balcony is a fantastic living area and ideal for balmy candlelit summer nights.

Rio Real beach is 20 minutes walk (less than five by car).

The sandy beach is very well maintained by the council, and is home to the Trocadero Arena, which is a fabulous beach club, with restaurant and beach bar.

From the beach you can walk either way to numerous other beach bars, water activities, and Marbella town is an easy 45 minute walk.


Malaga airport is about 40 minutes by road. Dual carriageway all of the way.

There is also a regular direct bus service from Marbella bus station to the airport.


Malaga city centre is one hour by car. Marbella town is ten minutes by car. The nearest supermarket at El Rosario is five minutes by car. The golf clubhouse with restaurant and bar is five minutes by foot. The beach is twenty minutes by foot (or five minutes by car)

A comprehensive and up-dated guide is kept in the apartment providing full information on places to visit and things to do, including list of tried and tested restaurants and bars.

Further Details:

There is a large choice of supermarkets and general shops. The nearest supermarket is five minutes by car at El Rosario. Elviria local centre containing banks, hairdressers, bars etc is ten minutes by car. In the other direction you have the full range of services available in Marbella town - ten minutes by car. There are over 700 restaurants in the Marbella area listed on Trip Advisor!

Fifteen minutes away is the massive La Canada shopping centre, and El Corte Ingles department store is a further five minutes away in Puerto Banus. There are numerous water sports on the local beach and many lovely walks, including mountain treks.

Pretty villages in the mountains are only 30 minutes away. Ronda is about an hour and well worth a visit.
