The apartment is over 70sqm. It has been largely refurbished over the last two years, including re-vamped bathroom and full phonic double glazing throughout.
It has two very big bedrooms, with separate living room and galley kitchen, which has been refurbished in November 2016. The kitchen has all the things you would expect to find in a normal kitchen, including a full sized oven.
It is large, airy and comfortable with everything you need for a wonderful holiday, the complete antithesis of the normal ski apartment.
The bathroom has a full size bath with shower over, a washbasin and a toilet. there is also a second, separate toilet.
One bedroom has a king size double bed, and the other has 4 bunk beds. they are both very large rooms with lots of storage.
There is a very large walk-in cupboard in the hall, and the huge wrap around balcony faces south and also west for the best of the sun.
Actually, we are 5 people! Brothers and sisters.

Our mother bought the apartment when it was built for our family holidays, and there have now been 3 generations of our family holidaying in the 'A'. We have all loved it through the years, and our mother's great-grandchildren are now starting to ski too.
What we have with this property is size and light. Lots of space and lots of light with the huge french windows in 4 rooms.
Of course it's also very convenient to the nursery slopes for novice skiers, to shops, ski hire, restaurants and it's not far to bars either!
What more can we say? We love it, and hopefully you will too.

In the first instance bookings should be made by email through this website. After discussion, and completion of the booking form then a non-refundable deposit of €300 is required. The balance payment is due 8 weeks before your holiday.
Once you have arrived in resort, a cash deposit of £/€350 IN CASH will be held, and will be refunded in full at the end of your stay providing the apartment is left as it was found.
Most changeovers are on a Saturday, but it possible to do alternative days in low season.
Arrivals are between 15.00 & 21.00 and departures are between 07.00 & 10.00. Earlier/later arrivals/departures require an additional charge of €20 for unsocial hours.
