Renovated to a very high standard our First Floor, Palm Beach Apartment has everything you need and more to ensure you have a wonderful holiday.

Palm Beach Apartments are a safe, gated community. Access is restricted to residents and guests only.

A great base to relax and enjoy the beach, the pool or to explore the local, or wider Andalusian area.

The apartment comprises, one twin bedroom with high quality orthopaedic mattresses, shower room; spacious open plan living room with comfortable sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen/diner; decorated and furnished in relaxing neutral colours.

We have WIFI Internet access and a huge range of English TV channels.

The large balcony has a four seater table and chairs with additional sun-loungers and over looks the walled communal garden and pools. Just perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing with a glass of wine or cup of tea.

The garden is lit in the evening and for peace, quiet & security is locked from 9pm to 9am.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. It was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well equipped. Beautiful complex and pool, ideal for our 2 small children.

Fantastic Apartment, home from home excellent for

We had a fabulous time at the Palm beach apartment in July 2015. The apartment is spacious,has everything you could imagine needing and more. Brilliant spot for children. The pool is ideal , 2 areas where they are completely safe, can swim an play safely an one area where everyone can have a good swim. The pool an surrounding garden areas offer sun an shade an other children to play with safely. The patio at the apartment is one of the biggest we have ever had brilliant for play time with our 6 year old. Lots of space in the apartment an although a one bed apartment slept 3 comfortably would easily sleep a family of 4. We will definitely be back. The booking, keys everything were so straightforward forward an really helpful owners. Excellent family accommodation.

Absolutely fabulous ist class accommodation

The apartment was one of the nicest we have stayed in it was exactly as it says on the tin, the location was spot on, the facilities great. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and very well maintained (everything worked and matched). Christine herself was a joy to communicate with nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this to anybody. Plenty of lovely bars and restaurants within easy waking distance. Thanks Christine again

A lovely relaxing holiday.

My wife and I have stayed in various apartments in Los Boliches and I can say this one has been the most comfortable. It is very clean and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The customer service was very good. The bed linen was changed at the exact time it was arranged, the lady who did this was very nice and made sure we had everything we might need. The apartment is well situated to some very good restaurants with the closest eating place being The Talk Of The Town its right on your door step where the food is quite good you can even have a cooked breakfast up to 5pm, the bar isn't bad either with nice pints of cool cider. You are close to the bus stop which is on the road at the back of the apartment block facing the car showroom. The bus will take you to the Tuesday Market or right into Fuengirola.If you want to go to the large Miramer shopping center take the No4 bus it will take you right up to the doors and get the No4 back it will drop you off at the street leading to the apartment. The bus fare is the same no matter where you want to go it is about 1.20euro. Los Boliches is a lovely quiet place with everything we need for a holiday try looking on Google earth you will see just how nice it is and when you find a lovely apartment like this one what could be better.

Beautiful quiet apartment in an excellent location

Having stayed in many apartments in Fuengirola in the past 15 years, I can honestly say this is the best yet. Although it doesn`t have a sea view it is only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and it has a large balcony overlooking the pool and well kept gardens. It has all the comforts of home with an excellent bathroom and large bedroom. Although it is not in the centre of Fuengirola, it is only half an hours walk away along the promenade and there are good restaurants and bars nearby. Cannot wait to go again in September.

Excellent apartment

I would like to recommend this apartment at Palm Beach. We had a great week in May 2015. The apartment was very well maintained with everything we needed for a great stay including Sky TV and wifi. The balcony was sunny from afternoon till evening and the pool and gardens were excellent. Just across the road from a lovely promenade and beautifully maintained beach. Plenty of beach cafes and restaurants nearby and only a 25 minute stroll to the centre of the busier Fuengirola.

A safe, gated community with a stunning pool and gardens. Right next to over 5 miles of flat, clean sandy beaches. The Costa Del Sol enjoys beautiful all year round weather, often a better climate than the Balearic and even the Canaries. The flat promenade and sandy beaches with an variety of places to eat and drink. Something for everyone, what ever your age.

Nearest Airport : Malaga at 30 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Many Spanish, British & International Bars at 20 Metres Nearest Golf : Many golf courses all within easy reach at 3 Kilometres Nearest Train : Los Boliches at 300 Metres Nearest Restaurant : Many restaurants for all pockets & tastes at 20 Metres Nearest Beach : Apartment building is right on the beach at 20 Metres Car: not necessary


Less thanTwo mins Walk to the Beach!

Over Five miles of golden sand which slopes gently into the Mediterranean Sea.

Along side there is a wide promenade where people stroll ( or jog) way into the night.

Fuengirola centre and harbour is around a 30 minute stroll and if you fancy, keep on another 20 minutes to the medieval Fuengirola Castle .

From Fuengirola there is a regular ferry to Benalmadena and also fishing trips and dolphin siting trips.

For the adventurous there are water sports available too.


Fly to Malaga airport which is a 35 minute drive/taxi from resort. We can put you in touch with a local, English taxi transfer should you require and is cheaper than an airport taxi.

The train station is situated right in the airport and offers an easy, regular and inexpensive transfer to the centre of Los Boliches and costs only six Euro per person. Note; there are steps down from station

Car hire to explore is a nice to do, but certainly not essential as public transport is cheap and easy.


So many places... so little time.. In the hills above resort in Mijas a short drive or bus ride, a traditional Spanish village.

Fuengirola Castle has great views from the top.

Malaga is a beautiful city with museums, historical buildings, shopping and festivals. There is a daily train to Rhonda (awesome medieval bridges and fortifications)form Malaga....

Away from the beach Fuengirola and Los Boliches are thriving shopping areas with

supermarkets &local shops.

Bars and restaurants are an eclectic mix of traditional and modern Spanish style peppered with British pubs, bars, restaurants.

There is indeed something to appeal to every age and taste.

A favourite is the British run Salon Varieties Theatre in central Fuengirola, a great night out.

We keep a visitors book in the apartment where our guest make there own tried and tested recommendations.

Non-refundable deposit of £100 payable to secure booking.
A small additional laundry fee of £10 for 3-4 people sharing.

Prices quoted are weekly rates of 7 nights
Keys sent by recorded delivery minimum of 2 weeks prior to departure.
Keys returned to us by recorded delivery within 1 week of return form holiday.
Changeover Day:
Change over day is flexible and arrival/departure time can be agreed at time of booking.
We will always try to accommodate your flight times, however you may need to vacate by 10am earliest during busy periods.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property, not per person, with a small additional charge of £10 for laundry when 3-4 people sharing.

Double bed linen is provided when there are more than two guests.

We feel that we offer a very high standard of contemporary, comfortable accommodation here at our Palm Beach Appartment, no expense spared on the renovations and improvements. The bathroom has been reconfigured and is separate to the bedroom ( although next door) So when four people are sharing, there's no embarrassing walk of shame through the master bedroom. Directly on the beach, so only seconds away, but looking over the beautiful walled gardens and pool, so no noisy beach bars. The English TV offering is a large general entertainment British channels including BBC,ITV,C4, C5. Our wifi internet is fast and stable. (A better offering than many 5* hotels?) All prices are inclusive of TV, electricity and water, no nasty surprises at the end of your holiday (-:
