Apartment in Los Boliches, Palm Beach Complex, near Fuengirola, Costa del Sol, Spain - Front Line Beach Location, Situated Along More Than 5 Miles Of Blue Flag Beach And Flat Promenade

We are fully registered with, & authorised by the Andalusian Govermement for short term holiday rentals and have all of the legal requirements needed and insisted upon by the Andalusian Tourist Authorities. This gives you peace of mind when booking with us, as aposed to some other rental properties available in the area.

Our family first renovated & reformed our apartment in 2004. In January 2017 we carried another full renovation, installing a new kitchen, new bathroom & installing air-conditioning. We purchased new high quality living room and patio furniture.

Our First Floor, Palm Beach Apartment has everything you need and more to ensure you have a wonderful holiday.

Palm Beach Apartments are a safe, gated community. Access is restricted to residents and guests only.

A great base to relax and enjoy the beach, the pool or to explore the local, or wider Andalusian area.

The apartment comprises, one twin bedroom with high quality orthopaedic mattresses, shower room; spacious open plan living room with a BoConcept, comfortable double sofa bed, plus a stunning leather recliner chair.

The fully equipped kitchen/diner is brand new for January 2017.

We have a Nespresso coffee maker and supply at least 10 mixed strengthen complementary pods.

Decorated and furnished in relaxing neutral colours.

We have WIFI Internet access and a huge range of English TV channels.

Air conditioning in both lounge & bedroom.

The large balcony has a four seater table and chairs with additional sun-loungers and over looks the walled communal garden and pools. Just perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing with a glass of wine or cup of tea.

The garden is lit in the evening and for peace, quiet & security is locked from 9pm to 9am.

The Costa Del Sol enjoys beautiful all year round weather, often a better climate than the Balearic and even the Canaries.

What makes this apartment unique

We feel that we offer a very high standard of contemporary, comfortable accommodation here at our Palm Beach Appartment, no expense spared on the renovations and improvements.

The bathroom has been reconfigured and is separate to the bedroom ( although next door) So when four people are sharing, there's no embarrassing walk of shame through the master bedroom.

Directly on the beach, so only seconds away, but looking over the beautiful walled gardens and pool, so no noisy beach bars.

The English TV offering is a large general entertainment British channels including BBC,ITV,C4, C5.

Our wifi internet is fast and stable.

(A better offering than many 5* hotels?)

All prices are inclusive of TV, electricity and water, no nasty surprises at the end of your holiday (-:

Coast/Beach:

Less thanTwo mins Walk to the Beach!

Over Five miles of golden sand which slopes gently into the Mediterranean Sea.

Along side there is a wide promenade where people stroll ( or jog) way into the night.

Fuengirola centre and harbour is around a 30 minute stroll and if you fancy, keep on another 20 minutes to the medieval Fuengirola Castle .

From Fuengirola there is a regular ferry to Benalmadena and also fishing trips and dolphin siting trips.

For the adventurous there are water sports available too.

Travel:

Fly to Malaga airport which is a 35 minute drive/taxi from resort. We can put you in touch with a local, English taxi transfer should you require and is cheaper than an airport taxi.

The train station is situated right in the airport and offers an easy, regular and inexpensive transfer to the centre of Los Boliches and costs only six Euro per person. Note; there are steps down from station

Car hire to explore is a nice to do, but certainly not essential as public transport is cheap and easy.

Distances:

So many places... so little time.. In the hills above resort in Mijas a short drive or bus ride, a traditional Spanish village.

Fuengirola Castle has great views from the top.

Malaga is a beautiful city with museums, historical buildings, shopping and festivals. There is a daily train to Rhonda (awesome medieval bridges and fortifications)form Malaga....

Away from the beach Fuengirola and Los Boliches are thriving shopping areas with

supermarkets &local shops.

Bars and restaurants are an eclectic mix of traditional and modern Spanish style peppered with British pubs, bars, restaurants.

There is indeed something to appeal to every age and taste.

A favourite is the British run Salon Varieties Theatre in central Fuengirola, a great night out.

We keep a visitors book in the apartment where our guest make there own tried and tested recommendations.

During high season summer(dates TBA)there is a life guard on duty. The pool/garden area is locked between 9pm and 9am everyday for security and to allow quite time in the evenings for residents. Guest's bring their own loungers and chairs to the pool area. To keep the up the clean appearance of the building, it is a strict rule that towels are not hung from balconies. Utility Room: Washing machine in shower room Iron & Ironing Board Hand held Hairdryer Ample travel adaptor's Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Apartment is cleaned and prepared before/after stay. Fantastic located first floor apartment with pool

Well what can i say. It has been the best holiday ive had in a very long time. Christine had been so helpfull from start to finish. She made my holiday stress free. Step by step directions from airport to train to apartment to resturants to supermarkets.The apartment had all the necessities. Modern furnishings, big balcony and located in the heart of all you need for a relaxing holiday. You really couldnt ask for more. I will definitely be back again and be highly recomending this appartment to family and friends. CHRISTINE HANCOCK, your dedication to detail and helpfulness to those who rent your apartment is 100% 5* all the way.

Fantastic apartment and location

Lovely apartment, well equipped with a great terrace which gets the sun from early afternoon until it goes down.

Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby , others a short stroll away.

Palm Beach Apartment 1L1

Christine & Keiron's Apartment is absolutely beautiful and you can tell that no expense has been spared in having it tastefully, thoughtfully and practically designed and decorated. The apartment has everything you could possibly need on hoilday from Satellite TV, wifi, deck chairs, sun loungers, beach towels and all appliances. The location is ideal, directly across from the beach with 2 Supermarkets within a few metres of the building. There are bars and restaurants within easy walking distance and Los Boliches Railway Station is just a few minutes walk away. We had a wonderful time there and thoroughly recommend the Apartment. We would love to return next year and will be looking for a date as soon as we can get time off work in 2018.

Very comfortable and well-equipped, great location

We had a wonderful week, your apartment is absolutely lovely - we felt very comfortable and at home. We had two days of horrible wet weather so it was great to be able to relax in the apartment. Very sunny and warm on the other days.

We loved Los Boliches - lovely beach and so many very good restaurants. We really enjoy a tapas lunch and indulged ourselves on sardines, prawns, Iberico ham, and so on. Very good evening restaurants too - El Rio was our favourite and intended to go back on Sunday night not realising it closes on Sundays! Found a good alternative though.

Easter 2017

I just spend eight days for Easter at this property....excellent apartment for two adults and two kids....nice distance from beach and town. Great atmosphere by the pool. There is absolutely nothing not to be happy with at the apartment :-)

Wonderful stay- Home away from home

Just returned from a 3 week stay at this lovely apartment. The place is modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean with a super location central to everything you need- supermarket downstairs, great choice of restaurants, short walk to the train station and bus stops.

We enjoyed everything from this well equipped apartment and its large balcony where you get the sun from noon to evening. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of wardrobe space. We also appreciated the free WIFI which provides good speed.

With its excellent location, it was easy for us to arrange to do sight seeing in Seville, Nirja and Malaga.

Above all, the owners really care about their guests and take good pride in their apartment.They do everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

We highly recommend this place to anyone and we will hopefully be returning,

WE ARE HAPPY TO BYPASS THE WEBSITE PAYMENT SYSTEM & TO ACCEPT DIRECT PAYMENTS FORM CLIENTS
Non-refundable deposit of £100 payable to secure booking.
A small additional laundry fee of £10 for 3-4 people sharing.
Balance due 8 weeks prior to departure, if not received by this date the booking will be considered cancelled.We will write to before cancelling.
Last minute bookings can be accepted, subject to full payment being received prior to departure.
All to be paid by bank transfer (BACS) or by cheque, subject to clearing timescales.
Minimum age for booking is 25 years.
Prices quoted are weekly rates of 7 nights or winter monthly rates for 28/30 or 31 nights.
Unfortunely we can not accept bookings for less than 3 days.
Keys sent by recorded delivery minimum of 2 weeks prior to departure.
Keys returned to us by recorded delivery within 1 week of return form holiday.
Changeover Day:
Change over day can be flexible and arrival/departure time can be agreed at time of booking.
Monthly winter periods are for the calender month ( eg. 1st to 31st of month ) and INCLUDE ALL ELECTRICITY & WATER CHARGERS.
NO ADDITIONAL COST AT END OF YOUR STAY.
We will always try to accommodate your flight times, however you may need to vacate by 10am earliest during busy periods.
Please let us know if you have any special requests.
Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property, not per person, with a small additional charge of £10 for laundry when 3-4 people sharing.
Maximum of four people sharing.
Double bed linen is provided when there are more than two guests.
Additional linen, cleaning and laundry services are available at additional charge on request.
Prices included WIFI access & UK TV package ( BBC,ITV,C4, C5 etc,)
Please note that lost keys will be invoiced at £40 - The local cost to replace the external doors is €45 + €10 for front door key.
Bookings of less than 7 nights will be charged at the full weekly rate for the period.
