Villa Luja is a luxury air conditioned five bedroom vacation home just 3 miles from Disneyworld, and only 15 minutes from Seaworld and Universal.

A Keyless door entry system, means that there are no worries about collecting or returning keys. Just close the door when leaving and it locks automatically.

After an exciting day at Disney, its a short drive back to your luxury home to chill out and relax by the pool. It's near enough to return home at lunchtime before heading out to another theme park or just relaxing by the pool.

High speed wireless internet covers the entire house and extends out over the pool deck at no extra charge.

The entire house was re tiled during 2015 and there is a brand new suite in the lounge.

Villa Luja has three full master suites, two of which have direct access to the pool area.

There are top quality mattresses and bedding in all of the bedrooms, and a TV in each bedroom with a 50 inch flat screen TV in the main living area.

Plenty of towels are also provided for your use.

For those who prefer to eat inside there is a formal dining table which seats six and another table in the breakfast nook seats four. There are also stools if you prefer to sit up at the breakfast bar.

Another option is to eat outside in the lanai where there is a large dining table and chairs.

We offer free phone calls to the US and Canada.

There is a large enclosed private pool which can be heated if you wish as well as a separate childrens pool.

Villa Luja has everything you could possibly need for a great family vacation.

This luxurious five bedroom and four bathroom vacation rental home offers spacious accommodation for up to 12 people. It is located in the popular Kissimmee area, an ideal location for Disney, and is just moments away from Golf, Fishing, Shops and Restaurants.

Two of the three master bedrooms have doors leading straight onto the pool deck. The family room has large comfortable sofas, a big TV and DVD player for you to enjoy. The remaining two bedrooms are twin bedrooms one each themed for boys and girls. These bedrooms share a bathroom. The games room is well equipped with electronic darts and multiple games tables, including pool, football and air hockey.

The south-west facing pool and deck, not overlooked, is easily accessed via the family room.

The covered lanai with table ,chairs and fan is perfect for al fresco dining or for those who prefer to sit in the shade. The large pool is ideal for a swim or you can sunbathe on the pool deck where there are plenty of chairs and loungers. Pool heat is available on request and is recommended between October and April.

For Golfers: Indian Creek is in Osceola County which has many courses, the nearest to Indian Creek being Mystic Dunes which is literally two minutes by car or just a ten minute stroll away. This 18 hole championship course offers an unprecedented golf experience, a dunes-style western nine similar to a British links course and an eastern nine of low American classic wandering through wetlands and oak forests. This course was rated 4 star and ranked number 2 in 'Orlando's Top 5 Golf Courses'.

A ten minute drive takes you to Champions Gate International and National 18 hole courses both designed by Greg Norman. The International provides a British links-style experience and the national is traditional American style. It's next to here you will also find the David Leadbetter Golf Academy.

A fifteen minute drive and you could be in the Celebration Golf Club rated 4.5 stars and in the top 3 in central Florida for service and in the top two for course conditions in Golf Digests 'Best Places to Play'.

Possibly the Kissimmee Golf Club, a fifteen minute drive away, offers the best value for money for the not so serious golfer. This course has long been a favourite of locals and visitors alike.

If location is your top priority, this vacation villa will get you closer to all that the area has to offer than anywhere else. Within minutes, you'll be at the entrance to Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Downtown Disney. Plus, this vacation home is conveniently located to highway 192 and the I4 bringing you to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, City Walk, and Sea World within a short 15 minute drive.

Indian Creek is a quiet neighborhood only 3 miles from Disney with tennis courts, basketball courts, putting green, and a large playground within easy walking distance.

Yet shopping and restaurants are a short distance away including Super Target, Publix Supermarket, Bonefish Grill, Red Lobster, Outback Steakhouse, Cracker Barrel, Carrabba's Italian Grill, and so much more!

If you would like to have a grill for your use at Villa Luja, this can be delivered for $55/week plus tax. This way we ensure that the grill is clean and full of gas to last your entire vacation.

Villa Luja is ideally situated for all of the attractions the local area has to offer. It is near to a supermarket, shops and restaurants whilst being located in a quiet and safe cul de sac.

Florida Mall is an easy 15 minute drive away with its many designer shops, Apple store, and food mall. You will find that prices are much lower than in the UK for example.

Villa Luja has a keyless entry system and a monitored alarm system for your added security.

Lovely base for a Disney holiday!

We stayed at Villa Luja for two weeks in October. The property was clean and well presented and all amenities worked faultlessly. Location is brilliant for Disney theme parks and it's only a slightly longer ride to Universal and Sea World. 192 is only a 5 minute drive away with shops and restaurants in abundance. Our family thoroughly enjoyed their stay here and we'll be sure to return.

Lovely Villa

Villa Luja is set in a lovely quiet close. It’s quite near to the FL-429 and I was worried there might be a bit of traffic noise but we didn’t hear any during our stay.

It’s very convenient for the Disney parks and the Universal parks and Seaworld parks. You can get to the Disney Welcome Gate in about 10 minutes and Universal in 25 minutes and Seaworld in 20.

There’s a Marketplace (Win Dixie) supermarket about 5 minute’s drive from the villa and a Publix about 8 minutes along the 192 at Rolling Oaks Common. There’s also a Target superstore and various restaurants at Rolling Oaks.

The pool at the villa is lovely with one corner being a paddling pool which is about 18 inches or 45 cms deep. My grandson who is 20 months old loved that part. There’s also a small playground at the back of the property that he loved as well.

The TV’s are a bit complicated to work out at first but contain a very good selection of channels. You can even get British football.

We didn’t use the games room but the Pool Table, Air Hockey and Foosball table all looked in good condition.

We found everything clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. Everything in the villa seemed to work OK. We used the oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer without any problems. The air conditioning system worked well too.

The only criticism I have is that the whole place needs a little bit of a make-over. Some of the laminate on the cupboards were chipped and most of the baths and sinks had marks or scratches in them. The pool decking had some weeds growing through it which rather spoilt the overall effect.

With a little bit of TLC and maybe a lick of paint this would be a superb villa to stay at.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the management company were very efficient.

Some maintenance is scheduled during the coming weeks, this place is so popular that its hard to schedule any work that can only be undertaken when the house is vacant. Since your stay the pool deck has been treated and pressure washed. We are in the process of having the kitchen cabinet doors replaced.

Luxurious accommodation in a fantastic location

The property is found in a pleasant and well kept estate very close to the Disney theme parks and the amenities of the US Route 192. Going through the front door, a hallway leads to a large kitchen/diner/lounge with access to each of the five bedrooms as well as to the garage/games room and the utility room.

Everyone in our family felt at home immediately and made good use of all the facilities, from the large TVs with great cable service, to the excellent Wi-Fi coverage, to the pool table and air hockey, and not forgetting the lovely pool that was most welcoming at the end of each day after a hard day's "theme parking". While we could have hosted a great dining experience using all the many kitchen appliances available, the oven was only used once to heat some pizzas as mostly we ate in the many fine local restaurants.

Right after booking the owner established communication with me and sent very useful information. He was always very helpful for all my questions and gave prompt responses. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to my friends and family, and will definitely be considering all the owner's properties for future stays in Florida.

Perfect location for Disney and dining

Villa clean and tidy, one or two areas are looking a little worn but nothing that would stop me booking again, all instructions very clear and easy to follow, perfect for family with teenagers. A nice quite area with restaurants and super markets minutes away.

I would definitely consider booking again.

Beautiful Villa close to Disney

We stayed at Villa Luja recently and had a fantastic time. The Villa is clean and well stocked in the kitchen with all the amenities you could need. It has a good games room with lots of fun to be had in there. It is very close to Disney close enough that we were able to return in the afternoon for some fun in the pool when it was hot in the parks and there are lots of Restaurants / Supermarkets close by. I would recommend this villa and hope to return soon.
