Small house in a peaceful street, on the way to Calvario. Of course it has excelent views. The house is on the hill of the Calvario, so there are different levels of dry stone terraces, the one on the ground floor is a patio and terrace on the top floor has a swimingpool , BBQ and a small garden where to sunbathe while you enjoy the fantastic views.

The ground floor is distributed between a kitchen, two living-dining rooms with patio, and a WC with a shower.

The first floor has 3 bedrooms: double bed + two single beds + one single bed and a falily sized bathroom.

The house has easy access, you can get to the door by car and park in front of the house.

Hola, we are a couple, Joan from Mallorca and Cristina from Valencia. We have one son Diego and one daugher Mariona. We live in a flat in Puerto Pollensa 7 months per year and the rest of the year we live in this Duplex in Pollensa. I am sure you will enjoy it as we do it.

Lovely House - Great Location

Arrived to a lovely clean house. Kitchen was spotless and bedrooms very nice and double bed so comfortable. Walked to the top of garden about 45 steps give or take from kitchen. Two sun lounges on the top patio with table and 4 chairs, these could do with renewing as a little rusty. I would also have 4 sun lounges if more people than 2 people staying. Plunge pool was great and the views were amazing. The bathroom very clean but could do with updating a little. The house is in a great location about 5 minutes walk to the main square down the Calveri steps. Joan was very helpful when replying to emails. Did not meet him during our stay but may see him when we return to stay again. Overall a lovely house in great location. Thank you

Absolutely perfect for us

This town house was ideal for us (married couple) and would be I think, for a family. We loved the situation - only a short stroll downhill to the town and it's great restaurants and shops. We ate in a different and excellent restaurant every night. Joan and Christina were fabulous and couldn't have done enough for us. A really lovely couple. The garden area which is all terraced on many levels was a delight and the plunge pool at the top an added bonus. Beautifully sunny every day. Perhaps a shade umbrella could be added to the top terrace furniture at some stage? The house itself has everything you would need for a family holiday and is well equipped. The bathroom was adequate and the shower head had it's own peculiarities but once we had mastered that all was well! The stairs and terraces are steep but if you need stairgates Joan and Christina have them - just ask. Everything was clean and tidy, everything was as stated on the website. What more could you ask? I would recommend this property wholeheartedly.

Lovely house - well equipped, beautiful location with easy access to town, beaches & mountains

A beautiful traditional house, built into the side of the hill, creating lovely courtyard and terraces spaces with wonderful views over to the sea.

The pool was a great hit, clear and clean and larger than we expected, having the BBQ was a bonus.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed and plenty of space. The house was cool, with easy access to the courtyard, but having air-con in the main bedrooms helped at night-time.

Pollensa it a lovely town, fantastic market, bakeries and other shops...museum and gallery in addition to the churches and street scene, architecture etc.

We had a car, so travel to any of the many beaches and coves very easy, the mountains are close as are other historic towns, castles, ports, galleries etc

Plenty of shopping choices at local shops, markets or supermarkets close by, cycle hire (for family or more serious riders), sea-side activies etc.

We all thought this was great house to stay in and a good location.

Lovely house for a family holiday

We had a wonderful stay here with our 3 year old twins. The house was spacious and well equipped, and suited our needs perfectly. The views, particularly from the BBQ/pool terrace, were spectacular. We loved being just a few minutes walk away from the buzzing main square and its surrounding streets. Equally, we loved being only a short drive from so many of the area's beautiful beaches. The pool was a great asset, particularly on non-beach days when we needed a cool down. We were concerned about access to the pool terrace and the owners kindly fitted a stair gate to restrict access to it.

We would highly recommend this property, and we will definitely return next year.

A perfect location for us

great setting and facilities

Pollenca is a wonderful place to spend a holiday. The important things for us at the holiday home were:

space (and there was lots of it), easy access to local facilities, terrace (there is more than one), pool and relaxing area in or out of the sunshine anytime of day, perfect!

The best thing of this property is the Location because you are in the best street of Pollensa. You have all the comodities of renting a apartment in Pollensa and also a lot of the comodities of renting a villa.. Is easy to park a car on the street but is not need it if you do not want to. You have great views from any place in the house, even from our new pool with jacuzzi.
