Villa Katie is a Beautiful spacious 3 bed villa with an Electric Heated private pool. It is close to the beach / promenade and a short stroll to the Centre with shops, bars and restaurants etc. Villa Katie has English TV and free wifi. The air con is on a coin meter. There are fantastic walks each direction to the airport or into Puerto Del Carmen.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, one of which is an Ensuite. It has a lovely outside covered terrace area for eating and a sunning area around the pool. It is located in a quiet area and is a short transfer from the airport.

There were a few issues with the air con and the freezer which were eventually sorted out. Overall the property was fine and fit our needs.

Perfect in Every Way

Villa Katie was exactly what we needed for our family of 6. The property is well maintained, clean, spacious and located within a short walk of shops, restaurants playground and the beach. The ensuite bathroom has been newly refurbished and is lovely. The pool is great for adults and kids alike with a shallow stepped area. There is an outdoor dining area under cover and comfortable sun loungers provided too. Wifi is excellent and the double three pin socket was an unexpected treat! All kitchen essentials provided including a large fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, washing machine and dish washer. Would highly recommend.

Amazing Villa with pool area

Audrey is very easy to deal with and very accommodating. We were able to check in early and check out late due to our flight times. The Villa is a decent size and pool area is ideal for kids. Had an amazing stay and will be booking again.

Home from home

This was our first time staying in a Villa and this place was great. It had everything thing we needed and was a real home from home. We enjoyed the location as it was easy to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. On street parking close by was good and the free WiFi was also a nice addition. I would stay here again.

Our family spent many years living in Lanzarote and still go back to visit regularly. Lanzarote is a beautiful easy going place and Matagorda is right on the cusp of Puerto Del Carmen but without the hustle & bustle which makes it the perfect getaway. It has a lovely flat promenade which makes it perfect for a stroll anytime of the day or night. We loved living there and only returned to Ireland for our daughters to finish their education. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
