Excellent location, very spacious accommodation split over two floors with a large open plan living area upstairs and 3 very spacious bedrooms down stairs all of which are en suites. Property is just outside Newquay town centre so benefits from a slightly more peaceful setting. Several beaches are within walking distance or very short drives great location for surfing or swimming beaches. Great location to explore all that Cornwall has to offer.

Really enjoyed it. Weather was better than expected. We had a power problem which was fixed almost immediately.

There was also plenty of space at the property for the 5 of us.

Great location. So close to 2 lovely beaches.

Starting with the negatives, comments exactly the same as the previous review. We too brought BBQ food and had to go and buy a disposable BBQ. On the positives the location was absolutely perfect and walking distance to both Porth and Lusty Glaze ( dog friendly). We (including our 3 children) also easily walked back from Newquay beaches and restaurants. House very spacious and well equipped and Ian very responsive to any query. Idyllic part of the world and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks Ian.

Perfect location and good value, but couple of niggles

We loved this property in terms of amenities, size and location. Just a couple of points let it down - signs of previous flood and strong stale water smell from the utility room that affected the third bedroom and BBQ was encrusted with rust and mould so totally unusable, which was a problem as we had brought food to BBQ. Very annoying as we could have brought our own if we had known.

Well laid out, very spacious.

Lovely location near the beach and away from the clamour of the town. Three good sized bedrooms and reasonably well equipped. It offered everything that the six of us required. Plenty of hot water always on tap and very good heating system for the welcome home after a long walk on a cold afternoon.

Good location with plenty of parking about 15 mins walk from the town centre.

Clean and nicely fitted out three bed house. Good for dogs but not really close to dog friendly beaches in summer, but headland on door step for quick walks. Hotel bar and restaurant very near and very close to Lusty Glaze beach for surfing and dogs on leads in summer. Would definitely go back.
