This modern link detached 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private south facing garden & communal pool. The villa has the benefit of Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV with UK channels, dvd player, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, full fridge freezer, oven and induction hob, comfortable sofas and dining, linen and hair-dryers provided. Outside to the front is covered parking and to the rear is a naya with awning, garden furniture and BBQ for Al-fresco dining. Further sun loungers and additional chairs. All bedrooms have ceiling fans with the master bedroom having the benefit of an outside terrace and en-suite facilities. The beautiful beaches of Denia and Javea are a 15 min drive away and driving inland you will find the stunning Jalon valley with it's wineries and markets.

Perfect for a relaxing break!

Thank you Jane. It's a lovely, quality villa in a great, relaxing spot, whilst still a very swift drive to Javea & Denia for long days and evenings at the beach! Ample room for two teenage children and a 10 year old. Recommended!

Superb!

A superb villa where you can feel completly relaxed, sunbathing in the garden and cooling off in the pool.

It is well situated to visit numerous beautiful beaches and attractions.

Very nice villa

Enjoyed our stay in this villa It is modern, spacious and extremely well equipped with all mod cons including a dishwasher and washer and dryer. Internet worked well and we had UK TV. The villa has a balcony off the master bedroom and a lovely little patio/garden with fruit trees (oranges and lemons), ideal for a meal outside. Didnt use the BBQ but saw there was one. The communal pool was only a short distance away, though was down some steps. Plenty of interesting places to visit, such as the castles of Guadalest and Xativa and the Borgia's palace in Gandia and it is also near enough to Benidorm to do the theme parks there. Moraira is also a lovely seaside town you can easily visit. You do need a car if staying in this villa as there is no public transport or shops nearby, though if you have transport there is a Carvery type restaurant two minutes drive away and a big shopping mall within 10 minutes. Would recommend.

happy holiday

We had a very enjoyable holiday in this villa. It is situated in an area where there are lots of interesting places nearby, ranging from beaches at Javea and El Portet to stunning mountain views at Guadelest. The outdoor market at Jalon is a must. The villa itself is excellent. It is extremely well appointed - the furniture is modern and stylish, the kitchen well equipped. The garden is very pleasant, being quite private and quiet. The nearby pool is well kept, clean and inviting.

Good times

The stay in this lovely villa was really enjoyable. The villa was very beautiful with a private garden set out with trees and shrubs, as was the surrounding views. The Villa was very clean and well maintained, and there were all facilities provided ie: washing machine ,fridge/frezer, cooker, and all cooking and eating/drinking utensils, as was clean linen and bedding to a high standard. There is easy access to super markets and very good nearby restaurants, and bars, lovely beaches with amazing views all within short distances. everything around the area was very clean and the people who lived nearby were all friendly and welcoming. There are open air markets which were well worth a visit at Jalon and pedregeur. anyone who is looking for a lovely place to stay will not be disappointed with the decision to come here and enjoy the holiday as we did. transport is needed as hilly due to mountainous area but well worth staying in this beautiful part of Spain.

A nice and quiet house for family holidays

We have spent a good holidays. The house has everything you need. It is very clean and maintained. The children have enjoyed the swimming pool and the peaceful surroundings. We have visited several beaches and very beautiful villages. We would come back another time.

Estuvimos tres adultos y tres niños y pasamos una semana estupenda, aprovechando la barbacoa, el precioso jardín con un limonero, la terraza y todos los detalles de una casa muy bien cuidada. Hicimos migas con varios vecinos ingleses muy simpáticos.

Coast/Beach:

The beautiful beach of Javea Arenal with it's lovely promenade and good variety of restaurants and bars are just 15 minutes away by car. Denia with it's fabulous new marina and long sandy beaches are also 15 minutes away, for a really lovely smaller beach try El Portet just outside Moraira.

Travel:

Casa Kaieshya is situated between both Alicante and Valencia airports approximately 1 hours drive by car along the AP-7 (Autopista del Mediterraneo) Both airports are well served by all major airlines.

Essential car hire is also readily available at both airports.

Distances:

The Spanish village of Gata de Gorgos is a 5 Minute drive away, Javea/ Denia are 15 minutes and Calpe/Altea are 30 minutes, Benidorm with it's Aqua Park and theme park Terramitica is 40 minutes.

  • Outside: Outside is a private rear garden with Naya and awning, garden furniture, sun loungers and BBQ. The communal pool is accessed from the back of the villa (gated) a few steps across a courtyard. The communal pool serves approx 15 villas and is a gated area. Utility Room: The utility room has shelves, iron, ironing board, mops and brushes, clothes pegs. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Quality linen and towels provided within the rental costs and beds are made on arrival. Pool towels are not provided. If your holiday is for two weeks or more then linen will be changed at the end of the first week. Other: The villa is south facing with sunshine all day and throughout the year. Most windows have shutters and fly screens.
