Apartment in Lelant, Nr. Hayle, Cornwall, England - Peaceful Location On Golf Course, near beach.

Apartment on ground floor of main property with 2 bedrooms, one king size and the other with a single and king size bed plus en-suite shower room. Beds are freshly made up for our guests with duvets and sheets. Large lounge/diner with picture windows and stunning views overlooking the golf course and sea. The lounge has 2 leather reclining sofas, coffee and small tables, extending modern wooden dining table and 6 chairs. Separate kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, electric cooker and fully equipped for cooking and eating. Corridor to bedrooms and separate bathroom with bath and shower. Free parking and complimentary wifi.

About Jacky Pontefract

We are Bob and Jacky and have lived here for over 25 years. Before that Bob had a hotel in Carbis Bay. Jacky has worked in the IT profession all her life and for the past 20 years in the NHS - but is now retired. Golf, dog walking and gardening feature in our activities as does entertaining. We live on the property and like to welcome all our guests personally. In good weather we like to have a BBQ with our guests (which we provide), or a glass of wine overlooking the garden and the lovely view.

Why Jacky Pontefract chose Cornwall

It is alongside the golf course and we are both golfers, plus it has the most amazing views and we were looking for a new business at the right time. It is on its own private road and in a rural yet seaside location. It has a lot of land for the cats and dogs to roam. It it our little piece of heaven.

What makes this apartment unique

It is very quiet. It has a large garden with uninterrupted views over the golf course and the Bay. The village is a short walk away with 2 village pubs.

Notes on accommodation: Quiet location at end of private road with free parking for guests. Pets are welcome but puppies must be over 6 months. Children welcome and large gardens are suitable for games of football, cricket, etc. Heating is via night storage and convector heaters. Outside: Large garden, gas BBQ, 3 tables with parasols and several chairs for sitting out. The garden is about 3/4 of an acre and is completely private with steps to the coastal footpath and golf course. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen included in prices and changed weekly. Tea towels and cleaning materials provided free of charge. Other: Glazed porch to front door with double sofa

Stunning View

We stayed for a very sunny week here this year with our dog. We got a warm welcome from Jacky, Bob and Roy. We were blown away with the view of the golf course and estuary from the property and from the front room. The apartment had everything we could need, the master bed is very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Pub within walking distance and the costal path a few hundred yards away! Perfect, we will be returning!

Booking Notes:
Provisional bookings can be made and are held for a week, they are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30%. Payment is by cheque or bank transfer. Balances are due 4 weeks before arrival. Dogs coming with our guests re expected to be under control at all times, steps taken to protect the furniture and furnishings, and any fouling cleared up. Dogs suffering separation anxiety should not be left on their own.

Prices are for up to 2 persons. Prices for more than 2 people are 10% to 15% higher.

By cheque or by bank transfer. Deposit is 30% and balance to be paid 4 weeks before holiday starts
