Pleasant and comfortable stay with close proximity to amenities.

The property was clean and comfortable as described in the literature. I would comment that we were a little concerned with front access to the property as it was difficult to close and lock the front door and afraid that the key could break in the lock. Other than that perfectly happy with the property. It is situated close to the beach (approx. 5 minutes walk) and all amenities. It also provided a good base to travel around the island. We would recommend the property to relatives and friends and have already done so.

Excellent again

This was our second visit to Springfield Muse and again it was fab. The cottage is perfect for a family,close to the beach with all things close to hand. The island is lovely with loads to do.

Special thanks to Jill the caretaker as we arrived after a long journey to no hot water as there was a problem with the boiler. She was amazing and got an engineer to sort it ASAP even though the engineer said it was not an emergency and could wait,she told them we were on holiday and had no other access to hot water. Thank you so much it was great to have the problem sorted so quick.

We had a great time and would love to comeback in a couple of years time and look forward to staying in our home from home if it is still being rented. Would recommend 100%.

Wonderful!!

A wonderful house in a perfect location!

Thank you so much. We loved our stay at Springfield mews and would highly recommend it to anyone.

We have a 2 year old and a 3 month old baby and found it to be the perfect base for our trip. Everything you need is in the house and you are close to an excellent shop for any food and drink needs

We will definitely be back!

Perfect

We recently stayed here for a week. The house is great, had everything you could possibly need for your holiday. Where the house was situated couldn't be more perfect, it was no more than a 5 -10 minute walk from the wonderful beach at Sandown. Nearby are several supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, but not so near that they are a nuisance. As it turned out we had the most wonderful weather, we were very lucky. Should we visit the island in the future we would definitely like to comeback to Springfield Mews.

Fantastic place

This cottage was perfect for us- very spacious and clean with added extras such as books DVDs and a Wii provided. Its within walking distance to the beach and a parking space is a bonus.

The Isle of Wight has so much to offer for young families that you never run out of things to do.

The owner was very helpful and there was plenty of information provided within the holiday cottage. We were also given a number of the caretaker should we encounter any problems.

Overall a great property in a fantastic spot- we have already recommended it to friends and would love to return next year.

A great place !!!

Isle of Wight is great – Sandown is great – and we lived at Springfield, most certainly a great place.

The house is friendly and has everything that we possible could need.

And it was very easy to find, in perfect condition, well kept, clean and with the possibility of good backup – even though we did not need that, all questions was answered in the house-book before we even could ask them.

We were close to all kind of shops in the middle of town and even then no noise or anything else was bothering us.

And to have a place to park the car just next to the house is priceless.

When people in Denmark start talking of going to Isle of Wight, we will certainly recommend that they should stay at Springfield.

The highest praise people from Denmark can give is this: It was just like being at home.

Oh, we can only recommend first visiting the Dinosaur Isle Museum and then going to the beaches, Yaverland as well as the south coast to look for the odd dinosaur bone – who knows, you might get lucky and find one.

We bought Springfield two years ago after we have spent few fabulous weeks in Sandown, Ventnor & Freshwater. Buying this property will give us a few holidays as well as others to have the chance to enjoy Springfield.

Nearest Ferry : Fishbourne at 4 Kilometres Nearest Train : Sandown at 1 Kilometres

Coast/Beach:

Sandown beeches are 4-5 minute walk

Ventnor beach 12 minute drive
