About this property

The Villa is 3 km from the centre of Corralejo and is an ideal break for a maximum of 4 persons. The villa is built on barren volcanic fields and is surrounded by outstanding scenery. The garden is laid to native plants, with 3 sun drenched patio areas with a luxury hot tub, large decked area with table to seat 4 and a BBQ to cook the evening meal. The garden is south facing so is a sun trap throughout the day. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe and chests of drawers to each, with an iron and hair-drier provided. There is a bathroom and the main bedroom has an en-Suite. Both are well appointed. The kitchen has all appliances for your culinary needs, oven, dishwasher and a washing machine to clean those PROVIDED beach towels. The living room seats 4 people comfortably.. There is a TV with UKTV channels, DVD, Video, Radio, and CD player. There are lots of CDs, DVDs and games for your enjoyment. A great extra is the hot tub in the garden to relax and recharge the batteries!

Great Villa

Outside space fantastic with the benefit of a hot tub. The villa was larger than we expected. Fully equipped. Nice relaxing break.

Villa Avade

The description of Villa Avade was accurate in every detail; it was so well equipped with everything we needed, clean and comfortable. Definitely felt as if you were staying in a friend's home. Adrian was helpful and friendly when contacted and gave lots of useful advice. Correlejo was lively and interesting with lots of good places to eat - we liked especially the restaurants at the harbour, sitting outside looking at the beautiful views of the sea. We would definitely recommend Villa Avade to friends and family.

Meravigliosa villa Avade

Villa splendida, molto ben tenuta, nella tranquilla zona di Tamaragua, dotata di ampio giardino ben curato con vasca idromassaggio per 4 persone molto piacevole, cucina ben attrezzata con tutto quello che serve, compresi forno e lavastoviglie, 2 bagni, pulizia accurata, asciugamani e accappatoi in dotazione, ombrelloni per la spiaggia.. Phill e Lynne sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per ogni esigenza. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro. Consigliatissima

Brilliant villa

Villa was beautiful. The online pictures did not do it justice. The villa had everything that was needed. Hot tub was amazing and the extra fans was a nice suprise for the hot days.
