Villa verano is a superb luxury villa, in an easy to reach all amenities location, 12m x 6m private pool,patio area with sun loungers, poolside shower, equipped poolside BAR/BBQ area fantastic easy walking distance location for bars, restaurants,pharmacy, shops,&banks.The aque park is also within walking distance,but is further as it is located on the outskirts of Quesada. ( central Qusada villa location )

About joe & gail

We had the villa built in 1999,and although there are similarities to other designs in the area we believe ours is a one off,big enough for everyone but still with a cosy feel. It was particularly laid out so that my self wife & daughter could live in the main centre core of the property. While visits from friends & family are given their own space and entrance door. We thought it was important for our visitors to have a certain amount of privacy. We originally looked to buy a holiday home in Florida, but quickly realised. Our visits would be restricted (10 hour flight )we love our location here in the south Costa Blanca, especially Quesada. Were we are on the door step of the many bars & restaurants,shops (approx 300 mtrs walk)

Quesada is a great location,not unreasonable distance from both Alicante or Murcia airports masses of things to do see & visit, less than 10 mins from beach. Plenty for families, friends, golfers, everyone to enjoy.

What makes this villa unique

The plus factor to our villa (apart from the short walk to the centre) after laying around the pool all day,maybe having a BBQ. Why not chill out with a cold beer at the poolside bar whilst watching the football or enjoying a movie on the flat screen T.V. You can retire to your room through your own front door for well deserved rest.

Notes on accommodation: a really great property in a superb location, with 245 mtrs of living area,good for couples, families, & golfers alike. Outside: the 12 x 6 private pool has a spacious patio area, table & chairs sunbeds poolside BAR & BBQ with bar stools,the bar has bottle coolers, freezer,(draught beer pump only used on request at extra cost) gardens have established palm & fruit trees fruit can be picked (dependant on time of year,orange,grapefruit,nectarine,plums) covered terrace to main floor.roof terrace with mountain & salt lake views,on top floor Utility Room: the main bedroom 1 has a utility room with washing machine, iron,ironing board the gas central heating boiler is also located in this room. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: no daily housekeeping service,while linens and bath towels are included in the unit daily maid service is not included in th rental rate,however it is available at an additional rate,please ask our management people on arrival about rates.

We stayed at villa verano with my son,girlfriend and 5 months old grandson, fantastic time had by all, Joe & Gail were perfect hosts, only a phone call away for any help & advice. The villa was perfect, and all facilities exactly as described.super pool & outside bar, two minutes walk to all bars & restaurants, supermarkets close at hand, beaches 10 minutes away. Would recommend to anyone who wants a great relaxing time in the sun but with enough entertainment only down the road.look forward to going back, thanks again to joe & Gail, we had a great time!!!!

Fantastic villa ...

We stayed at Villa Verano in July'15 a group of 8 people ages from 11 - 80. It is a fabulous villa inside and out ...our group especially enjoying the outside area day and night. The pool is spotless and well maintained twice weekly. The bar and the BBQ were also well used. We had the luxury of the quiet area of the villa while just a few minutes walk to shops, bars and lovely restaurants. We would highly recommend the Banana Tree restaurant just at the bottom of the hill on the corner.

Quesada is well located being only 8 - 12 kilometres from the lovely beaches of Guardamar and Torrevieja, which we both visited.

We could not have asked for more from the owner, Joe. It was a great comfort to know that he was on hand if we ever needed him and we saw him when he came to clean the pool twice a week ... his service was second to none.

We would definitely recommend the villa and we do, if possible, plan to return.

It was a pleasure meeting Joe and Gail, we had a holiday to remember. A huge thank you from us all.

Villa Verano is a stunning villa with 4 spacious bedrooms, the basement bedroom being extra large. The outside veranda is a lovely relaxing area and very comfortable. The pool is clear and sparkling. There is a very good supermarket just down the road at around 250 meters and the town is a few steps further. The restaurants were very good with Don Carlos offering a lovely Tapas selection at very reasonable prices. There is a taxi rank at the bottom of the road, and a Tobacas shop, bakery and a few souvenir shops, along with all the restaurants.

The owner Joe could not do enough for us and was on hand should we have had any problems, which we didn't.

I would recommend this Villa as one of the best we have stayed in and the location is perfect, everything is on your doorstep.

Thank you Joe and Gail for a wonderful stay.

aqua park, within a few minutes walk from the villa. torrevieja with its marinas fairground, aqua park, restaurants, bars, nightclubs,shopping malls,is about 20 mins drive.
