Great Holiday

Lovely bungalow, very clean and spacious. Perfect for our extended family and we all enjoyed the pool especially my Granddaughter! Hope to be back very soon.

Wonderful Cottage for Relaxing

Our stay at Lark Rise was perfect. We were met by Giles who showed us round this very well equipped and comfortable holiday home. The welcome bowl of fruit and cake went down very well thank you! The large garden was lovely to relax in, very peaceful, and the pool was super - we spent the mornings out cycling at Thetford Forest, and the afternoon and evenings in the pool. It was nice not to have time restrictions in the pool, it was ours to use when we wanted. We will definitely stay in the future when we revisit the area.

Amazing property!

Our 3 night stay at Lark Rise was truly one to remember. We stayed with another family to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday and this property did not let us down. The pool house was totally amazing and enjoyed morning, noon and night by the children. The bungalow was a home away from home! It was absolutely spotless and very well equipped with everything you could need. The gardens were breathtaking and very well maintained. A truly amazing stay, thank you Giles and Lynda. We shall definitely be returning next year!

Excellent property for family gatherings!

This property affords a peaceful and very relaxing break! The owners, Giles & Lynda Oates are the very accommodating hosts and think of just about everything you'll need whilst you're there, it's an exceptionally well equipped property. We stayed for a week (wish it had been longer!); 7 adults and 3 children and couldn't have wished for a better experience.

The pool was a great hit, especially with the children! Since its heated and indoors if the weather is unpredictable you have a guaranteed place to have some fun.

The layout of the property also meant that you had plenty of room to relax and find your own space to chill. We made use of the BBQ and sun loungers (the British weather happened to be very kind to us!). The only (very minor) suggestion I would make would be to have a standard lamp, or side lamp, in the lounge; since the ceiling lights felt a little bright when you're watching TV in the evening.

If you decide to book you will not be disappointed! We hope to come back again ....

Family Weekend

Brilliant setting for a family weekend in the country. The kids enjoyed working out on the gym equipment, making their own fun in the massive garden and "relaxing" in the pool. It was the English Florida!
