This is a spacious two bedroom apartment situated at the western end of a small well managed complex. It enjoys unrestricted views down to the sea and a large secluded patio. It is tastefully furnished with AIR CONDITIONING, flat screen TV with SATELLITE (providing 4 movie channels and BBC world news) and DVD player, orthopaedic mattresses and large fitted wardrobes. INTERNET is also available if requested.

It is within walking distance of the hill village of Peyia and only a 5 minute drive to the beach, shops and restaurants of Coral Bay. Paphos harbour and the famous Lara beach are both only 20 minutes drive away and the scenic Akamas peninsular nature reserve is close by.

We live in York in the UK and looking ahead we hope to spend more time in Cyprus. We fell in love with Cyprus, particularly its climate, culture history and people. We treat this apartment as our second home and hope that you will appreciate it as we do - a quiet, secluded and comfortable base from which to explore the wonders Cyprus has to offer. From the Owner

We chose Peyia because of its fabulous views and it has its own wonderful climate - benefiting from off shore breezes. The hillside tends to be cooler than the coastal plain in high season. Peyia village provides local amenities including bars and restaurants a short walk away but is quiet and tranquil. It is also a convenient location from which to explore Coral Bay, Paphos, the Akamas and Lara Bay.

Activity and Interests


Coral Bay's Blue Flag beach is 5 minutes drive away. The larger and wilder Lara Bay is a 20 minute drive. Between the two in the Sea Caves area are many rocky coves ideal for snorkelling or scuba diving. The jetty fishing harbour and church at Ayios Georgios is also worth a visit.


There is a wide choice of airlines flying into Paphos airport which is just 28 kilometres away.


Peyia village is within walking distance.

Coral Bay is 4.5 kilometres away.

Paphos harbour and Tombs of the Kings are within a 30 minute drive.

Also within easy driving distances are Aphrodites Rock, lacemaking villages, monasteries and fabulous archeological sites.

Paphos Zoo and the waterpark will appeal to the children!

A car is not essential as there is a bus service but it is strongly recommended

Costs are inclusive, except for £20p.w. for 5/6 persons.
A deposit of £100 is required on booking. The balance is required 6 weeks before the start of the holiday when a refundable security deposit cheque for £100 is also required. (This separate cheque is held and not banked and is returned/destroyed according to clients wishes after the holiday.

Changeover Day:
If its available you can book it! (see orange Check Availability buttons). Guests must vacate by 11.00 am on date of departure or by arrangement. New guests may arrive after 3pm or by arrangement.

Notes on prices:

There is a charge of £20 per week for 5/6 persons.
Letting includes reasonable use of air conditioning units. Deposits and returnable (unbanked) security/breakage deposits are required and full details are in the booking notes

  • Notes on accommodation: The apartment is designated non - smoking, we ask guests to respect this and limit smoking to the patio. Whilst not specifically designed for the disabled, the apartment can be accessed via the patio doors avoiding any steps. Cot and highchair can be provided for a small charge. The apartment has free air conditioning to both bedrooms and lounge area. We ask guests to consider the environment before using the AC. Opening the kitchen windows and patio doors results in a wonderful balmy breeze! (Excessive use of AC may be charged) There is a designated parking space. The apartment is fitted to a high standard with black out curtains and comfortable bedding to suit all seasons. Linen and towels are included with a change of bedding for stays of 2 or more weeks. The apartment is professionally cleaned prior to occupation and our local agents are on hand to deal with any problems. Outside: The apartment has its own large patio area with table chairs parasol and loungers. The complex has mature gardens and a shared pool Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment is cleaned prior to each visit. Towels and linen are provided with a change of bedding for stays of two weeks or longer.
