This penthouse apartment is in the heart of the town and only a short level walk from the shops,restaurants and local amenities.This quality apartment is located on the river front and enjoys superb harbour and estuary views. It is across the road from the river and has its own balcony. Throughout the summer months there are regular ferry trips to Kingswear, Dartmouth Casle and Totnes, from the nearby quay.

Sleeps 2/4 persons

This comfortable apartment is well fitted throughout and appointed to a high standard. It has Economy 7 heating, if required, for the winter months and is an ideal base for any time of the year.

The entrance to the apartment is through a communal entrance hallway with stairs leading up to the apartment.

The accommodation comprises:

A relaxing lounge

with colour tv and subtle wall lights - this room enjoys superb river views through three arched windows, one of which opens onto the recessed balcony.

The dining area which is open from the lounge has delightful exposed beams.

Appointed to a high standard and containing a Creda electric cooker, freezer, microwave,fridge and washing machine.

Master Bedroom

Has a double bed, wardrobe and flat screen tv.

Bedroom 2

Contains two single beds

Bathroom

Refurbished for 2016, containing a bath, wc, pedestal washbasin and panelled shower cubicle

A lovely apartment, very well equipped. There are a number of stairs but worth it once you get to the top, excellent view over looking the river, watched the boats while the sun went down from the balcony. Simple collection of keys and allocated parking space at rear.

Great views & location

Enjoyed a great week in Dartmouth at this apartment. It was well laid out, with the different levels breaking up at space nicely.

There are a number of steps up to the apartment, but more than worth it for the view.

Having parking was excellent, especially in Dartmouth. The space is tight for a large car but again worth it for the peace of mind of knowing you had a spot to leave your car.

Dartmouth is a wonderful destination, either to just watch the boats go by or tour South Devon.
