Luxurious 2 bedroomed apartment with WIFI & IPTV located in a peaceful, relaxing, private gated community. From our patio we have the spectacular view of Mount Concha and the beautiful Aloha Golf Course. Yet still close to shops, excellent restaurants, bars, local amenities and numerous other golf courses. Within the community there are tennis courts, air conditioned indoor squash court, table tennis table and a large communal pool with sun loungers, all set amongst immaculately maintained gardens. Less than a 15 minute walk is the fabulous Puerto Banus harbour. Here you can admire the moored yachts; shop in the designer shops; take a boat trip or walk along the board-walk to Marbella, making use of the exercise equipment scattered along the path.

My husband and I bought our apartment about 4 years ago. We went for a long weekend to a friends apartment on the complex and loved it so much we decided to buy one! We have 4 boys: 15yrs, 21yrs,23yrs & 24yrs. We found that Puerto Banus had something on offer for all ages. The boys love the pool, the beaches, the tennis, the golf as well as the nightlife, whilst feeling that they are in a safe and friendly environment. Everywhere is easily accessible, either by bus, taxi or walking. To wake up every morning to beautiful blue sky, manicured gardens and the views of Mount Concha in the distance, its tranquil. The only sound you might hear is the hitting of a golf ball! We instantly relax and unwind.

We are sure you will enjoy your time at Los Dragos as much as we do.

Brilliant Apartment

We were met on arrival at the gates by the owner Tracy who showed us around the apartment and complex which was very helpful. The apartment was great, Tracy has thought of everything and its a real home from home. The apartment was lovely and cool during the day and we only needed air con during the night and this was in all rooms and was really quiet which is a bonus. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms really spacious with lots of hanging space. The complex is gated and really secure and the pool is only a short distance from the apartment and was lovely, well maintained and as it didn't open until 11am there wasn't that mad morning rush which we hate to try and get a sun lounger, and during the 2 weeks we always managed to get loungers. During the evening/night the complex was peaceful, perfect if you have young children. It is less than 100 yards to the restaurants and bars and a short walk to the nearest supermarket. The only request the children would have would be a few more TV channels and wifi in the apartment, but this was available at the office and in all the bars and restaurants nearby. All in all, a lovely holiday in a lovely apartment which i would definitely recommend. Thanks Tracy.

Great stay in a lovely apartment!

Stayed for 8 days in this beautiful apartment as we were in the area for a wedding. the location was brilliant, close to where the wedding was taking place but also to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and puerto banus. The rooms were lovely and the apartment had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped! The pool area was beautiful and very peaceful, most of the time we just lay out at the little patio garden. The area is fab with some lovely restaurants just down the street. we hired a car so the covered parking was great and we also had a few games of tennis. The owner Tracy and the housekeeper Reme were lovely, friendly and very helpful. I would certainly recommend this apartment and would love to come back in the future.

Excellent Stay!!!

Beautiful apartment, great facilities, welcoming people. I have to say my daughter and I had a relaxing holiday with loads to see and do! The apartment location is great as there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and places of interest. the welcome pack is a great help for planning great days out! We did not have a car but the taxi service are reasonably priced and reliable.

Location

From the Owner

The main reason why we bought here was because it was the first holiday my husband said he felt totally relaxed. You can do as much or as little as you want to. Either spend the day lying round the pool or at the beach, or explore the beautiful villages in the mountains such as Benahavis, Istan, Rhonda, Mijas, etc. where views are spectacular and the tapas restaurants are excellent. We enjoy walking along the board-walk to Marbella and stopping for lunch or a drink in one of the restaurants on the beach and just watching the beautiful yachts and speed boats out at sea, or purely people watching! The other benefit of this area is that even when out of season there is still lots to do and plenty of atmosphere. In fact the restaurants close to the complex are possibly busier.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

The beach at Puerto Banus is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk.

Victors Beach, which is about a 10 minute drive, is an ideal place to park and then walk into Marbella. Sun beds and umbrellas can be hired, prices vary depending on the beach.

Approx 5 min drive to Mistral Beach with its popular beach clubs - La Sala Beach Club and the Ocean Club.

Travel:

Malaga airport is approximately 45 minute drive away. If you hire a car we can provide you with full driving instructions to the apartment and back to the airport, it is a very straight forward drive OR we do have a contact for a taxi transfer which is approx 70euros each way.

There is a coach which runs direct from the airport to Marbella bus garage.

Gibralta airport is also an option, approx 50 minute drive, again a very straight forward journey via the motorway.

Distances:

Puerto Banus is a mile away with its beautiful harbour. Benahavis is towards Estepona and then 4 miles into the hills, this is excellent for tapas restaurants. Marbella 5-6 miles with The Golden Mile and Orange Square. Estapona is approx 10 miles and has its own Port with several bars, beaches and restaurants. Mijas provides beautiful views and is approx 20 minutes away towards Fuengirola and into the hills.

Further Details:

Just outside the complex on the main road is a bank with a cash point machine, a hair dressers and various restaurants and bars. Taxis are always available from here too. There is a 24hr supermarket with its own bakery on-site, and a little further down the road is a large supermarket with underground parking and a chemist.

A deposit of 20% is payable at the time of booking non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 1 month of arrival. Dates will be reserved for 5 days pending receipt of the deposit. Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of Rental Agreement. In addition, a £100 refundable deposit is requested to cover any breakages. This will be returned within 2 weeks of departure if no breakages occur.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.

We love this area for many reasons. Speed and cost of travel is important to us with such a big family. Malaga is serviced by many airlines; BA, Monarch, Easyjet etc. and therefore offers competitive prices. It is only a 45 minute drive to the apartment and very straight forward journey. The property is only a 2min walk to bars and excellent restaurants. The complex is safe, secure and this modern luxurious apartment is beautiful, peaceful and tranquil, what else could one ask for?

  • Notes on accommodation: The apartment has both air conditioning and heating to all rooms. Marble floors throughout. Electric shutters to windows and patio doors. Wifi is available in the apartment. This is a non smoking apartment. Outside: This complex is gated. There is parking within the main gates for residents, with a secondary security gate for entry to apartments making it very safe for families with young children. There is a large communal swimming pool with both shallow and deep ends, however this is not heated. Many sun loungers around the communal pool as well as toilets and showers. Utility Room: Separate area off the kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Airers. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Both bath & beach towels and linen are included. The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival. We have a lady who looks after the apartment and she can arrange additional cleaning (at your cost) and can buy food provisions for your arrival if wished. Other: Secluded private patio with luxury loungers, electric canopy and large garden table and chairs. Large gas barbecue. Spectacular views of the immaculately maintained gardens and Mount Concha.
