Zoe’s Place is a beautiful two bedroom apartment with views overlooking Victoria Road in the heart of Dartmouth and has it sown parking. It's a 100 meter walk from the river front. Located over two floors, this lovely property is perfect for those who like to be within easy reach of the shops, bars and restaurants. It has a very pleasant atmosphere affording a relaxed and comfortable place to stay.

Zoe's Place is dedicated to my wife Zoe Harris who died in January 2013. It was our dream to own a property in the beautiful Devon town of Dartmouth, a dream that has now come true for my daughters and I at least.

I am a father to three girls, my youngest Scarlett-Rose is currently 4 years old and together we will enjoy our little piece of paradise in Dartmouth and we hope that you also do too.

Nice flat in a lovely location

we very much enjoyed our stay in Dartmouth and Zoe's place.

We were very impressed with the location of the flat, everything available with in a short walk. Nice local pubs and restaurants with some beautiful views.

The Apartment itself had a real character feel to it. Nice size lounge and up to date kitchen with all the utensils and equipment needed, Clean and tidy throughout. Car park space is a bonus .Matthew made us feel welcome and was always at the other end of the phone if needed.

We would have given it 5 stars, however we could have done with a bigger fridge and also the shower probably needs updating (water pressure not great).

Overall a very nice break, just what we were after.

Great girly weekend

Had a fab weekend. The flat had all we needed for a great stay, close to the centre of Dartmouth.

Flat clean and neatly decorated, Floors in the flat on a slope which adds to its charm.

Master bed room had a double bed and a set bunk beds which were suitable for children. The Second bed room was a little snug when the pull out bed was out, living room had a comfy double futon.

Car parking space was a added bonus, if you have a second car we would recommend parking on the road near the park and ride. you can leave it there all weekend, if you park it in the park and ride you have to go back and renew the ticket.

Would defiantly recommend the flat and if in Dartmouth again would there again.

Great flat in a fantastic location

This large apartment is in a great location and is just a few minutes walk from the harbour. It's well equipped and the parking spot is super useful.

Matt, the owner, is very helpful and responds quickly to queries and emails.

All in all it's a great place to stay and we wouldn't hesitate to return were we to come back to Dartmouth in the future.

GREAT STAY AT ZOES PLACE DARTMOUTH

WE HAD A LOVELY TIME , ZOES PLACE WAS IDEALLY SITUATED WITH A SHORT WALK IN TO THE CENTRE OF DARTMOUTH AND ALL FACILITIES ,THE CAR PARKING SPACE WAS A REAL PLUS AND THE MAIN REASON THAT WE CHOSE TO STAY HERE . ONLY 2 THINGS , COULD HAVE DONE WITH A BIGGER FRIDGE , AND THE SECOND BEDROOM IS REALLY NOT BIG ENOUGH FOR 2 BEDS ! BUT DESPITE THIS WE WOULD COME BACK AGAIN AND RECOMMEND TO OTHERS .

  • Notes on accommodation: Zoe's Place is a privately owned property, and thus is regularly used and of particular personal importance to the owners. They wish you a fantastic stay, hope that you return, and request that you treat it as if it where your own. They welcome and guarantee that they will act upon any feedback that you may provide. Whilst we are sure you will look after the property, any loss or damage will be assessed by the Management Agent on the day of your departure, and the appropriate costs will be deducted from your deposit, or in extreme cases further legal action must be taken. The front door is accessed by a coded lock located next to the parking space sign to the rear of the property. The code will be provided prior to your visit, and changed immediately after your departure. You are responsible for not disclosing the code to anyone that you would not wish to visit the apartment upon your stay. Outside: There is a private parking space to the rear of the property located in Lake Road. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen and towels are provided to meet the required number of occupancy, and please state when booking. The booking fee includes the cleaning of the apartment after your departure.
